Waterfalls and Wine Tasting - Jordan was very knowledgeable and engaging. The waterfalls are amazing. We also enjoyed wine tasting. Limited wineries in the off season though as the last tasting was in town not at a winery. Overall it was excellent experience with great comradery with other guests.

Amazing tour and tour guide - My wife and I were visiting the area for her 40th birthday. She wanted to do a tour with wineries involved and I wanted something more scenic. We were satisfied more than you can imagine. Our guide, Jordan, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Since we were visiting at a slow time of the year, we happened to be the only two people on the tour. I wish every tour could be like that because I have a big mouth and I love to ask a lot of questions, which can be annoying for other people on the tour. Jordan was also amazingly helpful giving us recommendations for places to visit on the rest of our trip. We were lucky to have an extremely clear day which facilitated some of the most beautiful views I've ever seen in my life. The waterfalls were raging this time of year so, if that's what you're into, February is a perfect time of year to go. As for the winery experience, we visited a winery that overlooked a vineyard on a volcano. Need I say more? I highly recommend.

Great way to see the area - This was an awesome tour of the Columbia Gorge. Bob was our guide and was an excellent source of information both from his narrative and to answer our questions. The itinerary was slightly different than what was listed here, but that wasn't a problem - it included the 2 falls and 2 wineries and a couple other stops along the way. Highly recommend this tour as a way to get out of the city for a day and experience the natural beauty of the Portland area.

Great Scenery, Great Tour Guide! - The waterfalls and scenic Columbia River gorge were spectacular, keep your camera handy! Two unique wineries in Hood River had excellent locally sourced vintages for tasting/purchase. Beth, our guide, was SUPER! She’s very fun and knowledgeable about the area’s history and flora and a wonderful host. It was rather cold, and she broke out a French press and made us fresh coffee to warm us up at one of the waterfall areas! Then she provided a classy artisan cheese/fruit/charcuterie plate for us to enjoy at the wine tastings! We are so glad we went on this tour, and will definitely remember it and recommend it to anyone looking for a great way to experience this part of Oregon.

A wonderful day in the gorge - We love taking small local tours with knowledgeable local guides. For some reason this bothers some people who travel who insist on doing everything on their own, but with an experienced (and excellent) company, you can really learn a lot about a region. Anastasia was our guide and there was only 1 other couple we didn't previously know joining us. The weather was rainy and a bit chilly (FL folks here, so call that relative!), but she really did her best to get around it. This is an underappreciated talent. Anastasia was very interesting and full of lots of information. We visited 3 falls and 2 wineries. In that order because, frankly, you don't want to wrangle a tour group at waterfalls AFTER you give them a bunch of wine. We had water available all tour, she made us fresh cups of tea (the other couple had French press coffee), and some amazing pumpkin bread. She did confess that it was store purchased, but it was rock solid. At the first winery (Cathedral Ridge) we were given a charcuterie plate to enjoy. At the second (The Pines) we wished we had saved some of it instead of pigging out during the first stop. The walking on this tour was moderate, but nothing unreasonable. If you have limitations, I'm sure they'd figure out something for you. I would highly recommend this tour and this company. I also dealt with Eric & Jeff in the office prior to booking this tour. Not being from the area, I had some worries about the weather and how they handle it. They were awesome and explained how they work. This is their part of the country and they know the rules!

Wine and waterfalls - One of the best tours I've taken!we were picked up at our hotel on time in a nice clean black 11ish passenger van. We were a group of 7. After second stop we were offered a selection of baked goodies, at another stop French press Portland coffee or water at a waterfall picnic area. At the winery we were given a charcuterie to share, last stop the baked goods came back out. These little thoughtful items really made a difference. Our tour guide was Beth. Beth was very knowledgeable and fun! She added personal anecdotes, and stories from growing up in the area. Beth knew alot about the area. We got very lucky with having a great group with common interests. Tour also accepts solo tourists which would be great for those travelling on business. This tour is defintely worth it, even when the weather is typical Portland fall weather (foggy, drizzling rain). The sights on this tour are gorgeous but require some walking through a trail. We had a great time! Would defintely recommend! We also booked the night before and had no issue!

Ms - Would recommend this tour. Guide and driver Bob was friendly, helpful and gave great information. One perk is the tour van picked us up and dropped us off from our hotel in downtown Portland which was great especially since we bought a lot of wine.

Beautiful scenery, but more guide information would have been nice (she talked about her family a lot) - The tour was delightful in that the scenery was beautiful, we had the right amount of time at each stop and the guide was pleasant. The wineries chosen were interesting and made us very comfortable. The guide could have provided much more information about the area and sites - she mainly talked about her family.
