Once your booking is confirmed, we will reach out to verify your pick-up address and preferred time. A driver will be assigned, and details of the vehicle (model, color, and license plate) will be provided in advance via WhatsApp or email.

On the day of your service, the driver will arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early, waiting in a recognizable black executive car (SUV or Sedan). If the pick-up is at a hotel or airport, the driver will be at the reception with a sign displaying the passenger’s name.

During the trip to Hopi Hari, the vehicle will take safe and efficient routes, allowing passengers to enjoy the scenic views of São Paulo’s countryside.

Upon reaching the park, passengers will be dropped off at the main entrance. The driver will be available for the return trip, waiting in the parking lot or at a pre-arranged location, ensuring a stress-free end to the day.

The return journey will occur at the agreed-upon time, with passengers being dropped off at the original location or another spot within São Paulo city, if preferred.
