Each guest will receive physical General Admission tickets for swift entry to the incredible NASA Space Center from our expert guide. • Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
• Your Mission Control Tram tour time will be scheduled according to the best available departure time assigned by NASA.
• The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with this package is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
• Failure to arrive on time can result in a postponed tour date subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals can meet their tour group inside the Space Center’s Food Labs Cafeteria if they arrive before 10:30 AM. All arrivals after 10:30 AM will need to explore the Space Center on their own.
• Late arrivals may request their general admission and historic mission control tickets sent electronically for self-admission into the Space Center.
• In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
• Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
