This trip was awesome.... - This trip was awesome. Families will definitely enjoy. I also appreciate the shelter in place when it rained heavily but overall I throughly enjoyed myself.

Can be enjoyed by one person or family - It was fun. I went on two tram tours. The first was the Astronaut Training Facility Tour, and the second was the NASA campus tour. The teller prepared these two when I asked for recommendations. It's fun for one person and fun for the whole family (especially the little ones).

DT and NASA tour - It was a hot day in June, so sitting on top of the bus was HOT. It was the best view of the murals around DT. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and was a great guide. Definitely a must to see when visiting. The NASA trip was great as well. It was a nice way to spend the day in Houston.

Great exhibition - An amazing experience with the exhibits let down a little by the food experience Which was chaotic. The displays were literally out of this world and show the skills of all the NASA team.

It was okay - It was not what I expected. I thought that we would see more in depth tours. It was informative in some respects.

Smooth Tour Experience, Good Intro City Tour, But Be Aware of NASA Admission Details and Tram Tours Availability - Overall, the tour was really organized and transitions were smooth. Customer service line was responsive. Both trips were good. Still, for those doing their calcs, I should mention that the ticket to NASA was a general admission one and did not include the Mission Control trip; I probably would not book it if I noticed this since a uber round trip plus $25 general admission comes with a similar cost and more flexible schedule The city tour is informative and was a good start when I didn’t do any research and saved me some trip to visit the places I was most interested in. They handed us bottled waters which was really sweet The NASA tour would be great for kids but less fun for those with some general education and knowledge about aerospace. Very few interactive stuff if I recall correctly. The tram tours could be fun but when I arrived around noon only the campus tour has seats available. I know many guides online mention that people should visit early, but it’s still annoying that a mid day arrival doesn’t guarantee seats - either they should limit the ticket sales online or enlarge tram tour’s capacity. The theatre did leave me an unforgettable and touching experience

Unorganized Trip Resulted in Missed Experience - The trip was not organized properly. It was a Saturday, and they should have known there would be a rush. However, they scheduled the city tour first and only dropped us at NASA by 11:30 AM. By then, all the tram tours were fully booked, and there was no availability for the rest of the day. It ended up being a complete waste of a trip for us. We had to pay out of our own pocket and visit again the next day. I strongly feel that we should be refunded for the poorly planned experience.

Don’t expect any support from Viator or tour operator - Lost $200 USD booked but needed to change date. Very poor response from Viator and No real response from operator. Only time I have ever asked for support and no support. I will NEVER use Viator or Houston City tours again. Recommend you don’t either.
