Howick Falls and Nelson Mandela Capture Site 1/2 Safari - Vehicle didn’t have air conditioning, Speedo didn’t work and on occasions didn’t feel safe. The vehicle was not of a good standard. No water was provided and nil conversation occurred. Driver appeared to be inexperienced as a tour guide. The contact we received the night before was from a different person to the person who arrived so something must have changed. We understand that traffic was heavy on this day but the taking of back roads to try and get around the roadworks added further delays. The two sites visited Howick Falls and Nelson Mandela Capture Site were excellent. But since we arrived late we were not told how long we had at each site so felt we had to rush through these to keep on time. Overall a very disappointing experience.
