A highlight of our trip! - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Marti's Langos cooking class! It was actually one of the top highlights of our Viking River Cruise excursions. The class was personal and hands-on and the Langos were delicious! As well as learning to make the Langos, we learned about life in Budapest and we were left feeling a fond connection to this beautiful country.

A very enjoyable experience - We thoroughly enjoyed this class. A sweet chef led a hands-on class making two types of traditional Langos. Very instructive, no pressure and just fun. We all ate our Langos with wine as our lunch. Highly recommend this experience

A wonderful and warm experience. Very personalized and interactive--a pleasure!! - My husband and I were fortunate enough to have a private class with Marta a couple of weeks ago when we first arrived in Budapest-- a few days before our Viking Cruise on the Danube. We loved it! Marta made everything really easy to understand and get great results when we did the hands-on part. The food was delicious! We highly recommend this experience—it’s one that we will call upon in the future when we make Langos at home next week!!

Delightful cooking class to learn how to make a delicious Hungarian treat - My sister and I took this class while waiting for the start of a river cruise and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Marti was a gracious and fun teacher, and made every effort to make participants comfortable regardless of their cooking skill level. She showed us two variations of langos, the Hungarian fried bread treat. Both were delicious, and she shared the recipes with us. Each participant was invited to try their hand at every step of the process. The kitchen classroom is roomy and sparkling clean. And the langos was fantastic! I look forward to making it for my own family. Highly recommend this class—and langos!

LOVED learning to make Lángos with Marti❣️ - My husband and I joined this Hungarian cooking class a week ago in Budapest. BEST THING WE DID during our 4 days there!! “Flavors of Budapest,” which is owned and hosted by Marti and Peter, featured Lángos - a popular Hungarian street food - on the menu that day. What a WONDERFUL experience - the fun, the laughter, learning to make fried street bread with local flavors, and immersing ourselves in the Budapest culture - absolutely LOVED IT!! I highly recommend Flavors of Budapest as one of your agenda items on your visit to Budapest, Hungary - it rounds out the history and the total experience we had. Thank you, Marti and Peter❣️ MichelleJ

One of my favorite experiences! - Making Langos was a really great experience. My husband and I participated in this 5 hour class with 4 other couples and made 2 different types of Langos. The class was a hands-on experience and everyone was able to take part in mixing, stretching, and cooking the dough and topping and then eating both langos. We were really full! Marti even sent us the recipe after the class so we can try to make our own Langos when we get home. This is one of the most popular dishes in Budapest. I highly recommend this experience.
