• Huay Mongkol Temple - Wat Huay Mongkol is a temple complex that houses the world’s largest monk statue, dedicated to the renowned monk, Luang Phor Tuad. Born 400 years ago during the late Ayutthaya period in Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand, Luang Phor Tuad is celebrated for his miraculous deeds. Thai people believe his image offers protection against natural disasters and the evil eye. Many admirers from across Thailand visit to pay their respects. It is also believed that carrying an amulet of Luang Phor Tuad wards off evil and brings good fortune. Small shops in the park sell these amulets and other souvenirs.

• Kaeng Krachan National Park - At 10:30 am, continue to Kaeng Krachan National Park. Before reaching the waterfall, you may often see wild elephants crossing the road. As Thailand’s largest national park, it borders Burma and is adjacent to the Tanintharyi Nature Reserve. Its proximity to the tourist town of Hua Hin makes it a popular destination. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site on July 26, 2021.

• Pala-U Waterfall - Arrive at Pala-U Waterfall and trek through the jungle to find the perfect spot for swimming. The name “Pa La-U Waterfall” comes from the Karen word “La-U,” meaning “bamboo,” as the area is rich in bamboo. Climbing to higher levels becomes increasingly challenging, and staff recommend ascending only to the 5th level due to the steep and secure path.
