Great experience in Thailand - Pook, the guide and Mart the driver were great. Picked up at my hotel. Back a little early as needed for my travel plans. All at my own pace, the car was always right there when ready to go to the next stop. Great experience.

Fantastic Experience, Wonderful Guide - Nicky was the best guide ever! She gave so much information and was so helpful. The tour itself was very well-organised and Nicky made sure we were all comfortable and knew what we were doing next. Would definitely book again with MyProGuide next time we are doing a tour!

A+mazing Experience - My tour of Ayutthaya was an unforgettable experience that beautifully combined history, culture, and stunning architecture. The day started with a visit to the Bang PaIn Summer Palace, where the serene gardens and intricate Thai-European styled buildings were a peaceful contrast to the ancient ruins we would explore later. The Summer Palace was a highlight, with its picturesque surroundings and elegant design-perfect for photos! In Ayutthaya, the ancient temples and ruins were awe-inspiring. Wat Phra Si Sanphet, with its iconic towering stupas, and Wat Mahathat, where the famous Buddha head entwined in tree roots is located, were absolutely breathtaking. Our guide, Ms. Nicky, was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing stories about the glory of the Ayutthaya Kingdom and giving us insights into the significance of each site. As a solo traveler, I appreciated how helpful she was in capturing photos, especially at the must-see spots. The tour was well-paced, giving us time to take in the historical atmosphere without feeling rushed. The local lunch was a tasty bonus, letting us sample the unique flavors of Ayutthaya. If you're visiting Bangkok, this tour to Ayutthaya and the Summer Palace is a must-do for anyone interested in history and culture. It's a perfect day trip that blends Thailand's regal past with its ancient spiritual heritage!

AWFUL RUDE AND LAZY GUIDE - First of all we thought we were on a small guided tour as that is what we paid for, but were put on a large bus being told it was better than the small tour and the cost was higher? It was supposed to be an English speaking tour but she spoke in English and Chinese so I guess that they merged two tours together and put us all in one bus!!! Ridiculous. At the first stop Bang Pa Palace she said we needed to book a golf buggy to get around because it was so big and that we should share the cart with four people in total costing 500 bhat. This is a ploy because she didn’t want to walk around. The place was not that big and we saw plenty of other guides walking with their tour explaining what things were. We had no idea because she explained on bus and you cannot remember what was said 30 minutes previously which no connection to each part of the venue. The guide didn’t guide us!! she just gave us some information on the bus and told us that she would stand in one spot because of the heat and we could go to her for any info. This was no good as it meant walking back and forth instead of getting info on the spot if she had walked around with us. The tour was an English speaking but she spoke so fast and didn’t want to be interrupted. On the bus I raised my hand to ask her if she was going to come around with us to guide us, she got upset because she lost her train of thought. When we got off the bus she shouted at me saying I shouted at her which was not true, my husband explained that I raised my hand and asked a question. She was so rude and screaming at me. The other tourists thanked me for asking her to come with us. She only came out to one sight and then wanted to stay in one spot outside the temple. She was utterly rude and lazy, I told her I could have read google and done the tour myself but we paid for a guided tour and that is not what we are getting. She then just ignored me. The tour would have been fantastic if the guide was better. We basically learned absolutely nothing about the history, waste of a day!!! Just hope anyone reading this ensures that they don’t get Nicky from My Pro Guide. There is nothing professional about her!! After the tour she had the audacity to ask for tips…..she didn’t get any money from anyone!
