The journey to the original Great Wall takes approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, guests will walk with the guide to the wall, enjoying the tranquil scenery and the sound of birds. This tour is an excellent way to avoid crowds, and the visit duration is flexible, allowing guests to decide how long to walk on the Great Wall based on their physical condition. After a 2-3 hour visit, guests will be escorted back to their hotel or PEK airport. The entire tour lasts about 6-8 hours.

This section of the Great Wall is located in the northern Huairou district of Beijing. It is the only lakeside Great Wall in Beijing, situated about 80km from the airport. • Wild Great Wall is very pretty and less touristy. And you can see more wild Great Wall towers on the very top of the mountain.
• If you will come to Beijing with a Layover: The tour last about 5 hours, plus the time(2 hours) to get out of airport and the time(2 hours) to catch flight, so it require at least 9 hours layover to make this tour happen.

• This Great Wall section is very beautiful during sunset, so is better to do that in the afternoon.
