Arrival in Huangshan

Airport Avenue - Upon arrival at Huangshan Tunxi Airport, a private guide and driver will greet you and provide transportation to your prearranged hotel in the downtown area, assisting with check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

Huangshan - At 8am, your private driver and tour guide will meet you in your hotel lobby to begin your journey to the base of Mt. Huangshan. You will take the Yungu cable car directly up the mountain, where you can admire the breathtaking scenery as you ascend. Once at the summit, enjoy stunning views of “the Beginning-to-Believe Peak,” “the Lion Peak,” “the Flying Stone,” and the “Bright Summit,” among others. If visiting between early March and May, you might also witness the peach trees in bloom. Additionally, you will explore the East and West Sea Scenic Areas before returning to your prearranged hotel.

Tunxi Ancient Street - Begin your day by exploring “the Cloud-Dispersing Pavilion” and “Xihai Grand Canyon.” The Cloud-Dispersing Pavilion offers the best views of unique rock formations, a sea of clouds, and deep valleys. Xihai Grand Canyon, also known as the “Illusory Scenic Area,” is renowned for its mesmerizing natural beauty. If desired, take a stroll along the circular path down to the canyon before heading to a nearby restaurant for lunch. After your meal, you will take the same cable car back down the mountain and proceed to Tunxi Old Street in Hongcun Village, a traditional water village in the countryside. Tunxi Street, located in the heart of Tunxi District, features old, traditionally styled buildings that have been converted into shops selling local products. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the street and shop for souvenirs. Finally, your guide and driver will transport you back to the airport, train station, or your prearranged hotel, concluding the service.
