DAY 1: Da Nang Airport/Station – My Son Sanctuary – Bay Mau Coconut Forest (Cam Thanh Village) – Hoi An Ancient Town – Hotel in Hoi An.

Pick-up time is based on your flight/train arrival at Da Nang Airport/Station. An English-speaking guide will welcome you with a sign at the airport/station.

The guide will escort you to a private car heading to My Son Sanctuary, a World Cultural Heritage site. Despite the ravages of time and war, My Son Sanctuary still boasts many ancient towers. Here, you’ll learn about ancient Champa culture and enjoy captivating Cham dances at the base of the ancient towers.

After exploring My Son Sanctuary, you’ll head to a local restaurant in Hoi An for lunch.

Lunch: Savor a delicious meal at a local Hoi An restaurant.

Post-lunch, you’ll visit Bay Mau Coconut Forest, an eco-tourism area in Cam Thanh Village, south of Hoi An. Experience riding a basket boat, watching basket dances, fishing performances, and participating in folk games.

Next, you’ll explore Hoi An Ancient Town, home to many centuries-old architectural works and a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site since 1999. Visit the iconic Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Ancient House, and various Assembly Halls like the Cantonese and Fujian Assembly Halls. Enjoy a boat ride on the Thu Bon River and release lanterns.

Dinner: Relish a delightful dinner at a local Hoi An restaurant.

DAY 2: Hoi An – Marble Mountains – Monkey Mountain – Ba Na Hill (Golden Bridge) – Hotel in Hoi An.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.

8:00 am: Your guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby and assist with check-out procedures.

Begin your journey from Hoi An to Hue, covering 130 kilometers with stops at Marble Mountains, Monkey Mountain, Hai Van Pass, and Lang Co Beach before reaching the Royal Tombs.

First, visit Marble Mountains, a cluster of five limestone hills named after the Five Elements. Take an elevator to the highest peak, Water Mountain, and explore unique sites like Huyen Khong Cave, Tam Thai Pagoda, and Linh Ung Pagoda.

Next, travel along the coastline to Monkey Mountain, also known as Son Tra Peninsula, covered in lush forests with stunning ocean views. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda and admire the 67-meter-tall Buddha statue overlooking the sea.

Continue to Ba Na Hill, a top tourist destination in Da Nang. Ride a one-wire cable car through vast forests and walk on the Golden Bridge, supported by two giant hands. Explore Linh Ung Pagoda, French Village, Fantasy Park, and more.

Lunch: Enjoy a buffet lunch at Ba Na Hill.

After visiting Ba Na Hill, return to your hotel in Hoi An for a self-sufficient evening (dinner not included).

End of day 2.

DAY 3: Hoi An – Hue Imperial – Travel by boat to Thien Mu and Minh Mang Tomb – Khai Dinh Tomb – Hotel in Hoi An.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast, your guide will take you to Hue to visit the Imperial City, Royal Tombs, and Thien Mu Pagoda. En route, stop at Hai Van Pass, Lap An Lagoon, and Lang Co Beach.

Hai Van Pass is a natural boundary between Hue and Da Nang, offering stunning views. You can request a stop at a café to enjoy a drink and the scenery (café cost not included).

Next, visit Lap An Lagoon, known for its poetic views and traditional oyster farming. Then, head to Lang Co Beach, famous for its natural pearl-farming village.

Continue to Hue Imperial, the royal palace of the Nguyen Dynasty. Explore historical structures like Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, and Kien Trung Palace.

Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a local Hoi An restaurant.

After lunch, board a Dragon Boat at Toa Kham Wharf for a scenic ride on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda. Explore the ancient pagoda and its iconic Phuoc Duyen Tower.

Continue by boat to Minh Mang Tomb, known for its feng shui-focused architecture. Then, visit Khai Dinh Tomb, a blend of Vietnamese and French colonial architecture, famous for its ceramic mosaic art.

Dinner: Dine at a local Hue restaurant.

After dinner, return to your hotel in Hoi An.

End of day 3.

DAY 4: Hoi An – Cooking Class at Tra Que Village – Thanh Ha Pottery Village – Hotel in Hoi An (End tour).

Morning Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.

9:00 am: Visit Tra Que Vegetable Village, known for its unique herbs. Enjoy herbal tea, tour the vegetable garden, and experience traditional farming methods. Relax with a herbal foot bath and massage.

Join a cooking class with a local chef to prepare Hoi An specialties. Lunch will be your creations: banh xeo, banana flower salad, fried spring rolls, and braised fish, served with rice and dessert.

After lunch, visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village, over 500 years old. Admire the largest ceramic park in Southeast Asia and create your ceramic products with local guidance.

After the pottery village, return to your hotel or Da Nang Airport.

End of the 4-day, 3-night Central Vietnam tour.
