Great tour - We really enjoyed this private tour. Tien was our guide, very knowledgeable with excellent English. We learnt a lot from Tien. Each stop was different which kept you engaged all day.

Hoian to Hue - I contacted Tommy Dao to organise a trip for us from Hoian to Hue, Tommy crafted us a fabulous trip from our accomodation in Hoian to Hue,
Tommys communcation was 20/10 .
Tommys driver Tien picked us up and drove us over the Hi Van pass and gave us some history of the area, If you are in this part of Vietnam you musy do this road, its full of rich history, On to Lang Co for a well earned coffee break and yes the coffee is as amazing as the rest of Vietnam.
On to Hue , Tien is a safe driver and friendly and helpful.
He picked us up the next day and bought us back to our accomodation. Mission accomplished, Thanks Tommy and Tien, we loved our time away with you.
Run, dont walk to book a trip with Tommy Dao, you will love it.

Excellent tour of Hue - Tommy's guide Linh is excellent. This is my 2nd time (god-daughter's family 1st) to the Citadel and I learnt alot more & see more of the place than with with previous tour. I am glad I used Tommy Dao Tours this time.
Following our overnight train from Hanoi, we stayed at the White Lotus hotel on Tommy's recommendation. Glad we did, learnt alot more about Hue.
Linh met us at the train station & took us for the best BBH breakfast before going to the Citadel & city tour. She also took us to the best local restaurant for lunch.
Next day, Tommy arranged to pick us & took us to Hoi An via the Haivan Pass and oyster farm.

Magnificent Hue tour! - Our Hue tour was exceptional! Tommy went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect for our tour and our guide Ms Linh was wonderful, she was an absolute wealth of knowledge and taught us so much about the history of Vietnam. Our driver Hoàng was lovely, very friendly and an excellent driver, pointing out lots of things along our drive to and from Hue that we would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend this Hue tour, it was enchanting and a highlight of our trip!

Perfect way to discover Vietnam - We booked two tours with a private car and were more than pleased. Our driver was very skilled and made sure we got to every destination safely—I never felt uneasy for a moment. The car was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Our guide, Kong, was fantastic—very knowledgeable and experienced. He has a deep understanding of history and religion and shared fascinating stories connected to each place we visited, which made everything so much more meaningful. We learned so much about the history, culture, and everyday life of the Vietnamese people. I wasn’t feeling great during the first tour, but they looked after me so kindly, and Tommy was incredibly flexible, even rearranging one of our tours so I could rest between day trips. We were also provided with plenty of water throughout, and the arranged lunches were absolutely delicious!

Fantastic tours - What amazing tours Tommy arranges. We booked a hue tour which was fantastic. Our guide was lovely and lunch was included. We had a DMZ tour the following day again lunch was arranged. Very informative tour with a visit to Vin Moch Tunnels which are less touristy. This was an 11 hour tour and the guide was fabulous. Also a big shout out to our driver who picked us up from Hue airport after our flight was delayed 4 times and drove us on our hue tour and DMZ tour. I would not hesitate booking again with Tommy if we return to Vietnam. Thank you.

Outstanding 1 day Tour to Hue and local attractions - Fantastic full day tour up to Hue. Our guide Ty and driver Lu were both great company and very knowledgeable of all things Vietnam. The ancient citadel in Hue was amazing and Ty passed on the history of every site we visited. Both guide and driver have good English and were very accomodating to all our questions and requests. Vehicle was very clean. Overall a great day out, leaning a lot about Vietnam’s history. Highly recommend Tommy Dao and his staff

Hue city tour from Phong Nha - Our family of 5 did a private Hue city tour leaving from Phong Nha. Our driver and tour guide were very informative and made the tour interesting for our 3 teens with lots of stops and sightseeing along the way. Our van was comfortable with good air conditioning in the hot weather. We had a delicious dinner included at a lovely restaurant in Hue city. Tommy also helped us with an airport transfer in DAD which was on time. Tommy was quick to reply and made the day wonderful, highly recommended.
