Upon reaching the “Thanh Toan Tiled Roof Bridge,” guests can explore the village, visit the local market to gain insight into the daily lives of the locals, and admire the Thanh Toan Tiled Roof Bridge—a truly unique ancient structure in Vietnam.

Thanh Toan market - Arrive at the “Eco Home,” where guests can explore the vegetable garden featuring various plants grown by local farmers, such as Malabar spinach, gourd, fiber melon, winter melon, and beans. Participants will then join a cooking class to learn how to prepare two famous Hue dishes (Fig mixed with shrimp and pork, and fried spring rolls) with guidance from the chef. Discover the traditional methods of preparing and cooking Hue specialties. After the lesson, enjoy the dishes prepared during the class along with other offerings from the restaurant to satisfy your appetite.
Return to the hotel, concluding the day trip with a cooking class. Thank you and farewell.
