We needed help with our booking because unbeknownst to us the drop off point was incorrect. Anh helped us out. - We had an excellent day on our ride from Hoi An to Hue, very comfortable VIP Limo. Anh was especially nice and friendly and helpful. The company is lucky to have her. Thank you so much Anh.

Nice van, mostly on time, mellow driver from Hoi An to Hue - We, a family of four, took the travel bus from Hoi An to Hue. We met the bus at a cafe in Hoi An. It was reasonably priced and very comfortable. They were about 30-40 minutes late, but we arrived quickly in Hue. The bus stops in Lang Co for a break - note to everyone, check your tickets carefully. When buying the ticket, it shows two "Hue" destinations. One is only Lang Co which is still an hour from Hue city proper. My spouse accidentally bought this ticket (same price). Luckily, no one was planning to get on the bus at Lang Co so they let us stay on to Hue. Driver was mellow, van was very nice.

Try something else - We booked a 9 seater luxury limousine from Hoi An to Hue. It was definitely not luxurious! We were seated on the bench seat in the front with the driver - very uncomfortable! He did at least drop us at our hotel in Hue rather than a central point but there was nothing in the booking to indicate we would not have a proper seat and I definitely would have chosen a different vehicle if I knew. Dealing with some serious muscular aches now. Also, those in the “luxury seats” complained of no air con (so at least we weren’t the only ones suffering). Timing seems very fluid - don’t book if you have a deadline to meet.

Do not recommend - Very aggressive driver, only shouting angrily at the group. Bad experience so far. Also the company misinformed us about the type of transport and communicated insufficiently. Would not recommend.

Bus over 2 hours late in pickup. Do not use - A very poor experience. The 'luxury limousine' (it was a bit tatty) was over 2 and a quarter hours late in picking us up from our stop in Hoi An. It was due at 10.55am and finally arrived at 1.10pm. We received no information from Vietnam travel bus what the issue was so I tried the various contact phone numbers, emails and WhatsApp numbers without reply for over an hour. Finally i received a response giving the reason for the delay as congestion due to the Tet holidays. This was obviously nonsense as once the van did arrive, we were the first people on the van and we managed to reach Hue in 3 hours (and hour quicker than their timetable). And this included a number of detours off the main road first to pick up, then drop off locals door to door paying cash. I cannot recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Horrible experience - This was a horrible and expensive experience. The van was filthy. My husband’s seat belt was broken. No water was offered. No English was spoken. The driver made multiple stops picking up and dropping off people. What? He appeared to be paid by these people in cash. Then, I assume, to make up time drove way too fast honking his horn. We thought we were treating ourselves to
some luxury. Instead it was $105 Canadian for a terrible ride. It would have been cheaper and much more pleasant to hire a private car and driver. Feels like we were scammed.

Poor service and very expensive - I was very well assisted when booking my bus trip, but then it turned out it was Tet. As a result, I couldn’t book a return trip, and I had to catch my flight. Vietnam Travel Bus did nothing to help me and didn’t even try to accommodate me in any way. They didn’t offer a solution or make any effort. Very disappointing. It ended up costing me a lot of money. Vietnam Travel Bus doesn’t think along with you or offer support.

Bad. - Bad service.
You pay €30 for a journey that takes 18 hours.
From Ninh Binh to Hoi AN.
Meet at 6.30pm and the bus arrives an hour later.
At 8.00 am I am abandoned in Huè (3 hours from my destination).
Nobody speaks English. I'll wait.
I call the agency and they tell me to take a ride that the bus to Hoi AN will arrive at 10.30.
Sleeping buses are to be tried only once, not reliable to move continuously.
On the way back, I'll catch the plane.
Bad and the fact that nobody speaks English is even worse
