Highly recommend - After a bit of a miscommunication when booking I found the tour to be my favourite while in salta. Both for the content (views) and professionally managed (great guide and tour operator was very good to help me with something I left on the bus). Highly recommend.

Very good - I loved knowing the large salt flats, a salty paradise, cute for taking photos, and it is part of the Purmamarca landscape and its famous mountain of 7 colors. Not to be missed in the northern holidays

Salinas Grandes! - The sights were awesome! There are so many great things to say about the trip as well as a few observations that I think will be helpful to fellow travelers. First, our driver was excellent on challenging terrain. This is not to be undervalued! Next, our tour guide, Monserrat, was lively, informative, available, and achieved just the right balance between sharing fun facts about the region and quiet time. The Mercedes Benz van was reliable but definitely dated inside. We were seven adults and because we were picked up last, we occupied the last row of the van which was VERY tight to say the least. I definitely would still go on this trip again despite the crowded travel conditions and long trip. I would have preferred to have more time at Salinas Grandes (we had forty minutes) to take pictures etc since that was the primary reason for the outing. The professional guides taking pictures at the Salt Flats were awesome and fun!! We definitely would’ve spent more time there if permitted. It definitely felt rushed as you had to wait in line for photos. Two of my adult daughters got sick - one on the ride down from Salinas Grandes to Pumamarca and that was tricky. The other got altitude sickness. Of course this is no fault of the operators but if I were to go again I would definitely bring Sea Bands and/or Dramamine and some extra plastic bags just in case. It was awesome seeing the different topography of the Northwest. When you get to Pumamarca they have made reservations for you for lunch which was kind of them to do. We did have a little too much time in the town (2 hours 15 minutes) where I think some of that time would’ve been better spent at Salinas Grandes. Don’t forget sunscreen and that you burn quickly at the Salt Flats. Overall, it was a great, if not long, travel day and I would definitely recommend the trip!!!

Manipulator - disrespectful customer services - For those who are interested in the word "trekking", please do not sign up. Because this did not happen. The tour itself was well conducted by a kind and knowledgeable guide. Very well organized throughout the day. The day for me went smoothly and was pleasant until I realized my itinerary was different from other participants. No one out of 15 participants was signed up for trekking. I asked my tour guide and he did not even recognize I signed up for something different, and advised me to make a claim to the original tour company I purchased the ticket for. I explained what happened: no trekking after all and realized I paid triple the cost of what other participants paid. I whatssup'ed them but they told me they refunded 20 USD. I asked why it happened (coz I really don't care about the money but more end to end experience). However the answer I got was utterly disappointing and unprofessional - "We understand and apologize! We will also issue a partial refund. We hope that next time you will be more satisfied with our services" Put the blame on the operator who did a fantastic job and did not know what I signed up for. I don't blame what happened, but I am extremely disappointed with how they handled it afterward. Please do not sign up for this company. Period.
