This tour is a must see for anyone visiting Darwin - What a fantastic experience! We took the croc bus out to the launch point, Lloyd was hilarious and full of fun energy and local knowledge. We stopped to look at the wetlands and birds and bugs, with a brief history of the local indigenous peoples. Once we got to the boat launch we were greeted by a very sweet and cuddly cockatoo, as a bird lover this was a real pleasure. Captain Jake was full of enthusiasm and crocodile facts, and very big on personal safety. Pretty much from the moment we pushed off the dock we were surrounded by beautiful, terrifying crocodiles, it’s hard to describe the awe one feels when staring at something that views you as food. We went up the river a short distance and found Brutus, a large and in charge alpha male who was the size of a family sedan. Keeping a respectful distance from Brutus were several smaller (but still enormous) crocodiles, who were happy to jump for some chicken. We also saw beautiful birds of prey and another alpha male croc who wasn’t hungry but still impressive. All in all this was a lovely way to see rural Australia and crocodiles while staying safe and respectful to the natural environment.

Crocs and more crocs!!!!! - Our driver Lloyd was full of knowledge and made the drive to our destination entertaining. Dylan our skipper made us feel at ease despite the fact that our boat was always surrounded by a croc. Dylan was very passionate and it was evident that he loved his job. A great experience seeing crocs in there natural habitat. Highly recommend.

Croc bus - A great time out, both the bus and boat ride were entertaining and lots of things pointed out and shown along the journey. I quite liked the big spiders as a extra to see.
