If there was an option for zero stars that's the rating I would give. Very unprofessional and damaged our vehicle throwing ratchet straps around. That, after stressing us out with their business mistakes and overbooking. Also did not get a refund with no further communication from the owner. I will say he did continue to apologize and make it work but acted like he was doing us a favor by providing a service we paid for. After the damage to our car, we just wanted a refund, unlikely we will get our money back.
