Great experience - Our experience was great. The journey began with us being picked up from the hotel by minibus. After a good distance towards Cairo, we changed to off-road vehicles at a petrol station. There we went through the desert to the oasis. Our guide Nasser explained everything very well to us and was always fun to keep the whole thing exciting. He explained to us the life of the Bedouins in the oasis and showed us everything. We were also allowed to ride camels briefly (which was quite sufficient). Later we went up a hill where we watched the sunset over a glass of schorle. From there it was pretty quickly cool, warm jackets possibly even winter jackets are definitely appropriate. After a delicious dinner together, the stargazing followed. Due to the upcoming full moon the other stars were unfortunately not quite as intense - nevertheless it was a nice experience. At the end Nasser showed us different constellations. Overall definitely a tour that I would recommend.

Great Experience! - It was really a nice experience, wild ride thru the dessert and our Tourguide (Nasser) spoke very good German and was so funny, even knew German songs! We loved petting the goats, horses and camels. The freshly baked bread and the grilled chicken for dinner were so good, we liked the food a lot. I would recommend bringing very warm clothes for the night, as if it were winter!

Great afternoon and evening in the desert with the Bedouins! - Great day with lots of great attractions from the jeep safari starting with horseback riding and camels, stargazing, campfires and a delicious dinner. The people who accompany you are really nice especially Nazir he speaks different languages and explains a lot about Egypt the Bedouins and the stars. I can only recommend this trip.

Previously in the city, looking at the stars is loneliness; tonight in the desert, looking at the universe. Full of stars like yellow sand on the earth, reachable. In his explanation, he recognized the hunter and the twins and met Jupiter in the telescope. This direct heart shock and touch, made me feel that human beings, although small, can resonate with this eternity, it is good. - Hunted, the twins side by side, Jupiter showing true appearance under the lens. At that moment, as if time had stopped, I was no longer a visitor to the city, but a child of star dust. The tears in the eyes are the most sincere fear of this vast universe.

Worth experiencing tour - The tour was beautiful. The tour guide as well as all other staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were picked up in an authentic jeep. (800,000 KM mileage and carpeted). Since we are adventurous are just right for us. After about 15min we were at a meeting point where 5 more jeeps were waiting. Now the 30min drive through the desert started. Target was the Scorpion Oasis. The whole tour is of course designed for tourism. But there's no other way to get to know life in the desert. After a ride on the camels we were allowed to admire the other animals. Goats, birds, horses, cats, dogs and ostriches. The tour guide Nasser really told us a lot about life in the desert and answered all our questions in a friendly and detailed way. Afterwards we could see how the women bake bread and got a taste. With the jeeps we went up a mountain to admire the sunset. Unfortunately it was too cloudy for that. But that's the nature. The food was varied and also suitable for vegetarians. Since stargazing could not take place due to the many clouds, the locals danced and sang. We are very grateful for the insights and the kindness, the spontaneous “party”, so that the clouds did not spoil the beautiful tour for us the sunset and the stargazing.
