A nice experience. - We were taken from our hotel in Hurghada by a private shuttle with other holiday makers. The journey to where the quad experience starts takes about 20 minutes. The place is busy. After minimal instructions and training, we set off to the desert. The ride was much enjoyable. Please be careful if you’re not comfortable with motorsports, as that’s a rather intense experience! After about half an hour drive we arrive at a place called the oasis. That’s a mock Shepherd‘s village. It was nice though as we had some tea and road camels. Overall, this was a very good experience, but if you expect to be on your own in a quiet place well that’s not the case because this experience is very popular.

Great extreme - Easy to have fun and extreme every thing was good . team was nice , pick up on time , quads were new , service was high too , extreme , camel riding , tea we had fun but just was to hot for all even for team . thanks

Safari jeep amazing time - Hi. It was amazing time. We met very nice trip Team and trip members from many countries. We could be together and view a lot of places. Also very enthusiastic driving of quads, jeeps and buggy. Thanks a lot

Really really bad - I booked a trip on the quads in Egypt. I was told to text a number to arrange pick up. I did this and was told to go to a shopping centre. I said ok but what time and where about in the shopping center. NO REPLY 3 days later I chased them as still no reply Told to go to shopping mall (no exact place within the mall) at 14:30 (my trip was at 12:00. Mmmhhh Messaged again to find out why the pick up was two and a half hours after the trip was to start. Told he would check No reply Chased again Told someone else would contact me. Chased again Finally someone else contacted me This guy said that his tours don’t start at the time I booked. Even though there were times lots aval to choose obviously. Said I can have an earlier one tho. ( I thought he has accepted their mistake and was trying to correct it, but wait) So I asked if we can be picked up around 11:30 as it started at 12:00 Guess what NO REPLY So next day just a few hours from when the tour was supposed to start. I asked again where shall we meet and is 11:30 ok NO REPLY Asked again just before After a very brief conversation from someone who obviously did not want to talk, he was no longer picking us up (even though we had paid) I was told to get there myself. I asked where it was and if he could send location All he answered was OK I asked again as it was getting really late His complete and detailed directions were “its not far from the mall.” There are 7 directions I could have taken. I had to ask people in the street if they knew where there was a place that did quads. When I found a place they would not let me in even though I had the ticket. I called NO ANSWER I text the original guy NO ANSWER When I finally got a reply he said he would send someone. Waited and waited and finally some one came. Got on the quads and did 3 circles outside their hut following a guide. The guide then got off and said because he had come out special he wanted $30 more money. I said no because I paid and was here for the time booked. He said I now have to stand outside in the street, in the heat for 3 hours until he had more customers. I could not sit inside. I said I wanted a refund. He said no. After a long discussion we finally went on the tour but did not enjoy as the whole thing was no ruined by the feeling we all had. This is not acceptable for people to, 1 have to keep chasing and 2 told they have to pay more when they arrive. How many people do they do it to and how many scared people in the middle of the desert on their own just pay it to them.
