- Hurghada - Begin your experience at the Cleopatra bath with a warm welcome at the entrance, followed by a guided visit to the Sauna room. Spend 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, then enjoy a 10 to 15 minute steam bath to relax and soften your skin, helping your body acclimate to the heat of the Cleopatra bath. Next, indulge in a 10 to 15 minute Jacuzzi session. Lie down on the heated stone, a hexagon-shaped heated marble centerpiece, for at least 10 minutes. Proceed to the Marble Polished Square Water Basin for a body exfoliation using a special scrubbing mitten called a kese. After rinsing, the final step of the ritual is a Foam (bubble soap wash) treatment, where you will be scrubbed with a loofah, leaving you feeling purified.
Then, move to our relaxation room to enjoy hot drinks and unwind for 15 minutes.
Afterward, you will have free time to enjoy our Sauna, Steam bath, and Jacuzzi.

Totally relaxing and professional - The savings were good and the staff super nice and totally fun with fun.
The massage was great and you were also asked if you like it softer or harder.
Which was a bit confusing for us, that you didn't get an explanation. We went to the Spar and were put straight into the sauna. It would have been nicer if you were just shown everything and then you could choose. That's the only little criticism.

Excellent - A must experience! I’ve experienced a few Turkish baths however this was excellent value for money. Fatma who looked after me was so kind and professional. Right from the exfoliation to massage she paid excellent care. During the bathing experience I felt like I was floating. Excellent service and would highly recommended as a must experience whilst visiting Hurghada!

A fantastic program to feel good - I was at Cleopatra SPA for the second time today and it was wonderful again. The package (sauna - steam bath - peeling - coconut body mask - foam - whirlpool - full body massage) leaves nothing to be desired. Mustafa looked after me the whole time and adjusted excellently and very sensitively to my wishes and physical sensitivities. He is also, if you want, a very pleasant conversation partner.
I can only recommend Hurghada holidaymakers to start the holiday with this offer to start and finish relaxed, to take some of it home.

2 hours program, not 3 as advertised - Overall ok. But in total it was only 2 hours,not 3 as advertised. Too little time for sauna and steam bath .less than 5 min

We got what we paid for, but I would not come back. - To start with, I would like to state that we received all the services as advertised, and for such little money that we paid, it's alright. But I would not book this service here again, if we ever come back to Hurghada.
Firstly, the place is very run down, half broken furniture, flickering light bulbs, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom (there is 1 for male and 1 for female)
Secondly, there was a lot of waiting and then we are suddenly RUSHED here and there. Upon arrival, we had to wait at the entrance for a good 10-15 mins with no welcome drink or anything. We had to ask twice for a glass of water before getting some. Then we were rushed to the locker room (broken lockers) and rushed into the steam room. Me and my daughter didn't want to use the steam room or the sauna, as we think it's too hot (and we've stated this during the booking process), so we had to sit on a half broken sofa and waited for almost 30 mins for our body scrub and foam bath.
After this, we were guided to wait on broken plastic sun loungers while they asked if we wanted to pay extra to use the fish spa. When we said no, we were then guided on to the jacuzzi tub, where the water was extremely dirty and full of sand. I don't think they've changed the water in the past 3 days.
We then had our massage, which was good, afterwards we were guided back to the locker room for our stuff. After we got dressed, we went to the toilet and we didn't even finish our business (and we were not slow) when they hammered the door. When we opened the door, they rushed us out because the driver is waiting (apparently) and we were almost pushed out the door, barely got the time to say goodbye and tip our masseuse.
All in all, we got everything that was promised, but the standard and services could be much better. I did not feel well looked after.
