Worth the money and very respectful boat crew - Great trip and we enjoyed it. The boat crew and the tour guide were all respectful. We saw dolphins which our son enjoyed so much. We enjoyed the parasailing too. We booked for a speedboat and was upgraded which we very much appreciate. Thank you

Highly recommended - That's great. Easy. Mak is a great guidebook and not intrusive. Highly recommended! We saw 6 dolphins and had a beautiful snorkel stop.

Recommended - Had a really great day. Pick up on time at hotel and quick ride to the boat. Mark was our tour guide. Very friendly and helpful. Saw dolphins which was amazing. Snorkelling with fish. Recommend.

Poor organisation- not worth the price paid - We had a chance to spend few hours on the “speed boat” trip. The Day before on late evening we received confirmation on pick up time and proposal to buy additional parasailing experience for 17$ (apparently promotion from 24$). I have advised the price we paid 135£ (3 people) already includes the parasailing. The person replied sorry you are correct and deleted the message. Not a great start. When we were on the boat we were advised for parasailing we will have to be transported to other marina by car and wait as it is Friday and there are prayers time (respect from my side on this but we were not advise about this before booking, waiting in 40 degrees in marina after few hours on boat is not what we really wanted to do , but decided to go) When the tour guide got us to the parasailing boat and asked for service the person on the boat was very angry and shouted at him, I did not understand but he was not very happy - poor tour guy informed us we will need to wait. After seeing this scene we decided to resign from the parasailing. We asked for the refund, it took 3 days of exchanging the messages with snail pace , until we were told to request via Viator - they refunded 24$ (so basically for one person based o the offer they gave by mistake) . A bit of a joke .Even Viator support could not help. The trip started with 1 hour delay as papers were not ready. We were waiting on the boat in marina For snacks and drinks we had to stop on the way when Mak (our tour guide) was doing his best to make up for the poor operator organisation. In the items of the trip it was also mention about the watersports being included but it has not happened for some reason. Good things , Mak tour operator and captain were very nice guys who apologise for the situation they did not created and were making sure the trip was pleasant. We also had a chance to see dolphins from the boat , which was nice. Overall poor organisation with the joke refund on parasailing. I would definitely not go back or recommend for the price you pay in Egypt.
