Amazing a trip - It was a crazy and beautiful trip and the crew was good and the boat was very good I will come again with this company for sure

Avoid at all costs!!! This is a scam. - This excursion started with us being picked up and taken to the wrong place. We were taken back to the resort a hour later. Whilst on our way back to the resort, the operator called and told us thay we did not pay to swim with dolphins. As you can all clearly see it says swimming with dolphins and takes approximately 7 hours. I showed the tour operator my tickets whilst on the phone to him, sending via WhatsApp and he still persisted to tell me that nothing states we swim with dolphins and we will only feed them a fish. I showed him that on the tickets, it says swim with dolphins twice. He said to me that it's my fault and I didnt read it properly. I went on to ask 5 people, 4 of which were Egyptians and they all confirmed it said swimming with dolphins. I was actually blamed for this huge mess up. We eventually got picked up to go and see the dolphins. We were there just 10 minutes and half of that was putting on a wet suit. We got a few photos of us dipped in the water, not swimming, and saw the dolphins themselves for approximately 2 minutes. This was booked as a present for my birthday and this company completely ruined my birthday. I cried after being blamed and argued with that we didn't buy this. Save your money and go for a cheaper excursion with the dolphins. Swimming with them does not exist. We have been scammed. Do not use this excursion. You will be so disappointed. And if you do book and they take you to a boat like they did with us originally, then it's the wrong destination. Very upset is an understatement.
