Very nice - Very nice people, the trip was also very nice, we had good weather and we took a lot of beautiful pictures. Even though it is a long trip, it is totally worth it.

Top friendly professionals credit to your company - I would like to take time to thank all the staff on the trip I booked. It was a very special occasion (just married) and the staff made us feel so welcoming. They were not only kind but also considerate they didn't rush me with a bad knee and I couldn't have asked for more. The staff here are a credit to you. We all started of as strangers but the kindness of your staff has made us feel more like family. Will definitely book up again for more tours. Again thank you.

Good quality one day extraordinary experience - The trip to Cairo is a bit long experience but I would not miss it for the world. We went to many places with all a unique experience. The Nile river boat was nice but the pyramids off course the highlight. It’s very recommended to go with this trip. They take good care of everything along the way and in every experience they tell you what you could experience and also what not to do. With this they really make the experience comfortable. We managed to do everything we wanted to and it was very nice! Amr and the bus drivers but also the nice guide in Cairo named Abi, a nice lady who knows a lot, gave us an extraordinary day. This is absolutely worth the visit.

Cairo - wonderful day the journey and a little long my sam did everything to make us comfortable he was careful on the road and we stopped several times so that we could eat and do our needs the car was not filled to the maximum who left us room to sleep I highly recommend

Experience 100% validated - I had an absolutely fantastic time! The Guide was incredibly friendly and always listening. His expertise and passion really enriched the experience. The organization was impeccable, and every step of the activity was well planned. I highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience. Very pleasant private adventure - Very good day. We did the adventure in private only my spouse and our 2-year-old.
The IMA Guide was great. She speaks French very well and is excrementally kind patient and adorable with our child.
We were able to take a small cruise for 15€ per person extra , nice but not very useful.
We obviously made the perfumery where we negotiated the Award. And the paper factory where we did not buy anything without problems.
The lunch restaurant is not crazy but fast.
We made camel on site, very nice.
I advise you to take the tour in private , the van is that for you so you can end your night and take a nap on the way home .
Sam and the drivers are nice
We do not regret our day
It’s a “big tourist” day but that’s what we are in the end in this country

Journey through ancient Egypt - Even if the trip was long I would do it again once in your life it is worth taking a trip to see ancient Egypt it is something magical

Overall not the best day - We were initially picked up at 12:45am in a small bus that was rusty and very rickety and squeaky, after 15 minutes or so it stopped on side of road and we waited for 5 minutes without being told what was happening. Someone asked the driver what was going on but they were ignored. A coach then arrived for us to get onto.
We were not told timings on the coach, we continued to pick up other people until it got to 3am and we were then told we were finally heading to Cairo to arrive at 8am (actual was 8.30 ish), so we spent 7 and a half hours on the coach and stopped twice for the toilet, the toilet on the coach was disabled and we were told we could not use it the whole time.
First stop was the Museum, 2.5 hours after the last toilet stop. We were not offered to go to the toilet or get drinks etc, we waited around for 30 minutes for the guide to get headsets until one of us left to find the toilets and we all followed, one of the other guides then got annoyed at us for leaving.
They gathered us to go into the museum and forgot two people until myself and my friend informed them and they were not that concerned, throughout the day this happened a few times, luckily a few of us members of the group were checking and ensuring no one was left behind.
The museum was unbelievably crowded, I told the guide multiple times that I couldn't hear him as my headset was out of battery, and he didn't care and despite speaking to him multiple times he still asked if I was part of the group before we left.
We were told to go straight onto the coach after, we weren't allowed to browse the souvenir shop or go to the toilet etc, but then ended up waiting around again for the guide to hand back the headsets so we ran to get a cup of tea. The rest of the trip was similar but we at least had some free time at the pyramids to wander around while others went on camel rides to get a particular view. The pyramids were amazing, unfortunately it was very hard to ignore the animal abuse taking place with the horses and camels, many camels had ropes around their mouths to prevent them from being able to open their mouth at all which was very hard to see. We highly enjoyed the Papyrus factory, it was very impressive. So overall my opinion is that this tour was poorly planned with a huge lack of communication from the tour guide who was also extremely inattentive. The pyramids and Papyrus were impressive but the museum really needs more time (at a less hectic time), probably better to go in your own time rather than with a tour group I would imagine.
