- Cairo - As all buses must wait for the convoy to depart Cairo for Hurghada at day’s end, guests will have the opportunity to make one or two of the following stops: visits to the Papyrus Museum and the Essential Oil Factory. These attractions offer insight into ancient Egyptian papyrus and essence-making techniques. nickel - A little feedback on the excursion to Cairo. (3rd excursion)
- A mini van (Toyota Hiace) picks you up at the foot of the hotel around 1am (don't forget to ask for a breakfast to take to the reception of your hotel the day before departure).
- You will pick up all the participants (max 8 people) and you will leave towards Cairo.
- You will take a break of about 30 min to go to the toilet and have a coffee..
Arriving at the Cairo Museum, you will meet the guide of the day.
Generally, everyone starts by visiting the museum for 1h30 and with 30/40 min of free time to take the pictures...then heading for lunch nearby. or the optional Nile ride for 10 euros / person .. You will take the same walk to Luxor. The Nile is a scam... it lasts 15 minutes and there you go... Make Luxor's the nicer one.
A buffet restaurant where drinks are payable in supplements (1.2 or 3 euros/soda). It is optional (payment in euros, dollars or Egyptian pounds cash or CB).
After lunch, head for the pyramids...
There, an option for 10 euros / person will be offered to take a carriage ride, camel or horseback ride.
According to people, there is a visit from above or below...
The bottom is good, because it allows to have a unique view of the 3 pyramids together..
Now from the top, you will see that 2.. but it is worth the detour anyway!
A visit from afar to see the sphynx and it's already back... in 3 hours, it's over.
A mandatory visit to a papyrus and perfume seller.
And return to Hurghada for arrival at your hotel around 10:30 pm/ 11 pm (after 2 breaks on the road).
To summarize, a good organization, a very nice guide. Usually the other occupants speak the same language as you .. Well, there, the band wasn't great... too bad, but nothing to do with the organization.

Tiring but worth it in the end - Special note for our guide "the cobra", very nice and especially super prepared. It took us into the bowels of ancient Egypt without ever making us feel tired from the heat and especially the long journey.
Consider the trip from Hurghada not insignificant (7-8 hours outward and as many hours back). Hotel pick-up at 1am, return at 11.30pm.
Tough but worth trying if you want to visit Cairo, the pyramids and the Egyptian museum.

Best guide in Cairo - Amazing trip and the best guide out there. We got clear communication and were really well looked after. We did the trip with 3 children and managed it. For the price I don’t think you can beat the service.

PERFECT - Egypt was definitely the best trip I've ever taken. I was completely satisfied with the tours, especially in Cairo. The staff were excellent and I was treated very well. Overall, they were excellent. I traveled alone and felt very safe.

It was great! - The experience was good! We saw a lot of things and got our own guide and little minivan with a good airco and water on board . The experience we have with a small good is much nicer , so it was really good. Iv been there with my Daughter and son. And for us it was a really nice experience. We got our own time to walk and enjoy.

Interesting, fact filled & fun - What an amazing experience!! Ahmed our tour guide had an immense knowledge of the pyramids Sphinx and all things Eygptian. The lunch at the restaurant was superb and the Nile cruise beautiful I would highly recommend this tour we were so lucky to have Ahmed he had a good sense of humour and we could see the love of Egypt in his heart!!!

Superb activity! Il... - Superb activity! You just have to know that the guide “imposes” three other entries (€25 in total) once there. There is also a ride on the Nile, a carriage or camel ride on the pyramid site and an entrance to a pyramid. Despite these disappointments we had an unforgettable day

Too fast - On the trip to Giza , to see the pyramids, we were of course super excited...our guide also had a lot to tell, about the history etc. The only drawback was the pace of our guide. For him, the Egyptian museum and the pyramids were nothing new, and unfortunately we noticed that.
Just let the whole time have an effect on you, realize where you are actually here, was unfortunately not begrudged us. Fast, fast...
But,positive was of course that he photographed us, and they are very nice photos..thanks for that...
Shifting down with a gear is an unforgettable experience...and super organized.
