Nice day on the sea with fish in the boat - Was a very nice day fishing on the red sea.
A had my own travel rod and that was a good choice. On the boat was a rod available

Great trip - Picked up from the hotel on time, taken to the dock and greeted by Ahmed and taken to the boat to meet our captain (Captain Snoop)
Both guys were fab with me and my son and couldn’t do enough to help.
Not many fish caught, but hey go. That’s fishing.
Would highly recommend this trip.

10/10 experience for people who like fishing. - Communication was good and clear though WhatsApp after booking and the fishing was super fun, there was also enough time for snorkeling. We caught a lot of fish, varying from small to quite big.
Captain snoop dog and the assistant were super friendly and brought some cola and snacks. Make sure to bring enough suncream and maybe some extra water and you'll have a fun and unique activity in Hurghada.
I definitely recommend this activity!

Amazing day - Lovely staff. Nice fishing. Would come on again at a better time of year for fishing. Food was amazing. From pick up to drop off we were very impressed

A nice trip at the sea - Maybee not for the skilled sportfishers , althou the capten know where to fish. The equipment might need an upgrade. But very nice crew

2 fish caught but no explanation for Beginners - We are absolute Beginners in fishing 🎣 and booked this trip because it was advertised that Beginners get a briefing here.
Our guide put the fishing rod in my hand and then explained nothing.
We then tried our hand at it ourselves and unfortunately couldn't throw the line that far. Then we were told how to drain the route.
In addition, we were told to keep our finger on the string so that we could notice that someone was biting and that was it for now.
We drove to 2 reefs with no success and on the third we caught 2 fish.
After my fishing rod broke because a big fish bit and I cranked like crazy (without further instructions).
It was a great pity that so little was explained here.
Each time I had to ask myself if the fish are edible and what kind of fish they are.
Our guide said that it's lucky to catch a fish and I think it's a shame to leave Beginners to their own devices.
The guide himself didn't catch any fish and said he doesn't do it himself often you should just try it.
So this has been expensive fun for 100€ with little info and experience.

VERY disappointed in Viator for the misleading pictures and description, their customer service and greed. - After trying for over 2 weeks for a partial refund from Viator we have no choice but to leave a 100% honest negative feedback/review. The fishing trip we booked in Hurgharda Egypt was only 3 hours long NOT 4 hours, our hotel was only 10 mins drive to the speed boat location yet we were left to stand on a dirty beach in the hot sun for one hour while waiting for the little speed boat to return from another trip. The pictures are not true for this trip, you will be taken 10/15 mins out to water about 10 meters deep at best and given old rusty small fishing roads with large hooks that have little to zero chance of catching any fish never mind the large big game fish promoted in the advert. If we had the correct equipment for this sort of sea depth we would have caught plenty of little fish but instead, we didnt and it was a total waste of time. Moreso when they (for some reason) moved us into very shallow water (approx 2 meters) to fish!?? If I knew any of this I would definitely NOT have paid £97.00 for this trip. Another negative was the person that came on the trip with us spent the most part telling us he can get trips cheaper if we go directly through him and trying to pressure us into paying a deposit for another trip that ultimately turned out to be 2 x times as much as normal, basically another con and we are thankfully we refused. VERY disappointed in Viator for the misleading pictures and description, their customer service and greed.

Not for fishermans - We made a fishingtrip with 3 persons.
The guides are nice boys, they do their best for you, but are no fishermans.
About the equipment:
Old rods, with rusted, broken, released rings. Reels for freshwater, rusted. One of them contained cca. 20 m of fishingline only...
The small boat have an anchor without any rope :D
We visited some reefs.
Catched 10-12 aquarium fishes, but they you can find also in a front of every hotel in HRG.
Nice guides, but for fishing not recommended.
