Horse ride - The experience was wonderful. The horses are very good and they pay attention and are well cared for. First you take a walk in the desert, and then you go down to the beach and they cool off. The guides who go with you super rolled up take pictures of you and are very nice. We couldn't have a better time.

Incredible experience - I have sent videos for Tito to add, we had the most incredible experience!! I took my mother who has almost no riding experience at all and they looked after her really well. I am a fairly experienced rider and said I would like to do some canter work. My mum stayed with one guide and Tito took me and my horse Sultan for a gallop!! We took the horses in the sea and had some lovely photos taken, then onto the desert for more fun, we did at least 4 sections of cantering and galloping! The horses are very well taken care of and loved, if you want to go fast these are the guys for you, but do not lie about your ability!! Insane experience in the most amazing place, cannot recommend them enough!

- To flee this excursion! Frankly, this horseback ride was a huge disappointment. From the start, we were picked EN by a taxi that was certainly nice, but took us to a completely lost place, deserted, without any atmosphere. The “ENclosure” for the horses, if you can call it that, was laughed EN only a house under construction, without a roof, and so the horses were left in the sun, without any shade or water, tied to posts. As soon as we arrived, we were asked a “tax” DE 20 €, supposedly, but we were EN route by 10 men to get the arg EN t in cash, being 2 girls it was not very reassuring. No explanation, no DE receipt, nothing. EN second, the ride itself... what a joke. We expected a real experience on horseback, to be able to guide them DE a minimum, to have some freedom, but no. The guide held the horses all along, we couldn’t do anything by ourselves. No moment DE relaxation or autonomy. And the worst part is that we stopped at least 15 times to take pictures, when we didn’t want EN! One DE photo breaks lasted no less than 30 minutes. Tr ENte minutes to snoop in full sun for forced and frankly missed photos. And obviously, at the end, we are made to understand that we should tip for these famous pictures, ugly moreover. Real commercial pressure disguised EN kindness. Moreover, EN law was absolutely repellent: dirty, charmless, with rubbish everywhere. The water was polluted, and the horses were doing their needs in it without anyone cleaning anything. DE addition, the hair is mistreated, they are beaten on them for no particular reason. Their equipment is also to be reviewed, my girlfriend had rust on her foot. We were sold a pleasant bala DE, a moment of connection with horses. We absolutely did not take a calm and peaceful walk, the gentleman held our hair for 2 hours, I will also submit photos to show my experience. The result: no swimming DE (only the hair with its legs in the water for 20 min to take photos, then we left) , a guided walk without freedom, and a setting that does not make you want anything. Nothing DE what had been promised was respected. Honestly, it was a waste DE time and money. A poorly organized activity, in a neglected place, with questionable practices. You should absolutely avoid. When I contacted the agency that organized this OMARIKA TOURS excursion, to denounce my dissatisfaction I was not answered. When I posted a bad review of my EN experience, I was finally responded to by threatening to withdraw my review as it damages their reputation. I am offered a refund EN exchange for removing my comment, it is clearly blackmail. Then I was accused of being disrespectful and I quote 'put my feet in the driver's head', you imagine bi EN sitting in the back, it was not possible. So customer service is non-existent, don't count on eu to get compensation. Rather than face up to their mistakes and seek an honest solution, they prefer to make me look like someone DE dishonest. This is far DE any notion DE service or DE professionalism. Once they have cashed the money, there is no one left. So to flee categorically, there is much better as an excursion, do not go through this agency! Here are the pictures of the gentleman holding our horse at the DE ball, the disastrous pictures, and the rust on my girlfriend's foot! Unfortunately I do not have DE picture showing the stable or the pollution DE water..

Given the excursion, there was no agency. We'll never know. My parents did exactly the same excursion the day before with Get Your Guide, they paid five euros per person, there were four, they paid 20 €. We were just ripped off because we were two girls. I find it scandalous, I wouldn’t advise anyone this excursion, it’s just tourist catch. I hope to have from your Commercial Service, compensation, to change my mind. Watch out booking with them! - “I booked through Booking.com / WhatsApp and they took the payment but didn’t provide the service.” The agent was very rude and disrespectful, and constantly lied to us. They never showed up for the pickup and took out money. Don't book with them!
