A fantastic Quad Adventure - We had a wonderful tour the local dessert. The team was experienced and took care about our safety. My daughter really enjoyed the Quad experience. The video and pictures taken during the tour are nice and of good digital quality.

Great Time - This ATV quad safari was honestly the highlight of my trip! Riding through the desert was such a thrill – the views were incredible, and the feeling of freedom out there is hard to describe. The team made everything super easy and safe, even for first-timers like me.

Fabulous but extra costs should be transparent not hidden - Overall the excursion and quad biking were mostly fabulous. We drove across the desert towards the mountains and back at sunset and it was a lot of fun. There was a great photographer who took lovely photos at an extra charge. And there was a camel ride too. The disappointing things were that we were charged £24 for scarves (to keep) and goggles (for rental) for 3 people. This was we felt a dishonest scam because we had no choice having already paid and travelled 30 minutes. It should have factored in to the original price or we should have been told in advance so that we were forewarned or could have bought our own scarves. Renting out the goggles was a swindle and overpriced. The original $33 per person was very reasonable though and so, on balance, it was still a reasonable cost but the way it was done felt unfair and dishonest.. Also....the Bedouin village is a fake up and shouldn't have been called that. It was a group of huts which was not inhabited.

Adventure excellent - photos awful !!! - Quad Adventure Review The quad biking itself was an amazing experience—thrilling, well-organized, and a great way to explore the area. The main guide leading the tour was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable. However, the photos were an absolute letdown. We paid £40 expecting a quality album of our adventure, but instead, we received a film filled with random people we don’t even know and about 100 identical-looking pictures. It was completely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. If you’re considering booking, definitely go for the quad adventure but skip the photo package—it’s not worth it.

Disrespectful to black people! - My score is impacted by the poor service by the management and staff that receives you once you arrive. We traveled with a very large party 17 people. Each family dynamic was different so when booking it came with challenges. When we arrived the manager was very aggressive and even disrespectful as we tried to explain what happened? They have serious issues with colorism, as the white party next to us was treated with great respect!! If you are black I would reconsider and go with someone different, as your money is all they want they will give you poor customer service

Boring - Stopped numerous times so the photographer could take dozens of (super cringe) pics of the couples in the group, while everyone else just had to sit and wait. To get the pics you’d have to pay 25€... The Bedouin village is definitely not a Bedouin village, the camels get kicked and mistreated. You get the tiniest little cup of tea, everything else you have to pay for extra… Very disappointed

Terrible stay away - From the moment that our driver dropped us off, the excursion started to take a bad turn. The driver wash rushing us out of the van while he was smashing the door against me. I was noticeably frustrated, and from there onwards, it got worse. As African Americans, our treatment compared to that of white tourists was noticeable different, we were forced to ride a strict line, and if anyone, including children, fell behind, they would yell at us. On top of that, how to book which quad you need is a confusing process where you have to make individual bookings for each type of quad you need(double or single). After the terrible service, the men began to gaslight me and call me angry because I didn't like the treatment that we were receiving. At the end, they called me a mafia guy( not sure what that means o assume they were calling me a gangster. Mind you, I'm a father and husband, and we were celebrating 22 years of marriage and spring break. If you can choose a different company you should. The hospitality from this company was nonexistent. They are rude and condescending unless you are white, of course, and then you will probably have a great time. This was our only bad experience during our stay in Egypt. It was clear that they wanted our money but not our business.
