Great exclusive boat ride to go dolphin watching and snorkelling - Pickup Was picked up from our hotel via private car in Salh Hasheesh and taken to the port where the boat was docked. Transfer time - 20 minutes The boat We were on board a speed boat with seating at the front and rear and it even had the smallest toilet in the world under the front canopy. The experience The captain is part of a WhatsApp group where others track the dolphins and head to that area at high speed. You will get wet from the sea water as it turns and twists, all part of the fun. We unfortunately did not see any dolphins since it was just too windy. We were given some croissants and drinks and the boat docked in the sea where you could go snorkelling. They supply the snorkelling equipment and you can see the corals. The boat also had a fresh water hose to wash off the seawater when re-entering. Overall a great experience on board a high speed boat with an experienced captain and assistant. The weather has to be right to see the dolphins. Would definitely recommend this in Hurghada and something I’d do again. Plus you have the exclusivity of the boat and crew all to yourself which makes it all that much special!

Wonderful - It's just nice... we saw dolphins. It's best to drive in the morning. After that we went to white Island. Seer beautiful view. The boys are super nice.

Nice trip with risky access - Overall it was a nice trip Everyone was very helpful and friendly The pickup could have been done later, as we waited on site 1 hour for the tour guide. We had booked a German-speaking guide, but got an English-speaking guide. Lunch on board was good However, the organizer should arrange for transportation to the port after other drivers The ride was life-threatening, he was driving like a lunatic and typing on his phone the whole way Too bad the dolphins are being hunted with the boats The snorkel stops were beautiful

Not consistent with the description - The day before they sent me a message to tell me that they were changing boats because too much wind (so no speed boat), yet there was a lot of speedboat that day. I had privatized a boat in order to leave before the crowded boats It also failed:!! indeed we were able to leave only around 10am. So we arrived quite late. We saw only 2 dolphins that the speed boats were tracking and at no time were we able to swim with ... (as indicated in the description) A photographer on site will machine-gun you all the time of the excursion for very average photos and a supposed montage. However the staff was very friendly and took very good care of my daughter

Nice day but no real fishing - The team was very nice. The day was great in itself but the fishing equipment could be much better. Only a few and very small fish were caught and only by the guides. It was also partly fished only with a handline instead of a fishing rod. Fishing was not professional at all. Besides, the snacks were just a chip bag, which is too little for a whole day. But it was nice that we were encouraged to swim and snorkel.

Very disappointing - My personal dream has always been to swim with wild dolphins. The website didn't allow me to book the private excursion travelling solo, so I paid well beforehand the cost of two-to-travel. Upon arrival at the bay, the tour guide/captain advised they had no record of my payment, and I was left waiting awkwardly at the port for an hour whilst they confirmed I had in fact actually paid well in advance. An hour later, there was no opportunity for a private encounter with dolphins as many catamarans were already out at sea chasing the dolphins (average cost for that excursion was $10-15), whereas I'd paid closer to £70 GBP for a private experience that never happened. The captain was mostly ignorant of me, perhaps aware in hindsight they'd messed up my reservation, whilst the crew member/photographer did the best he could to raise the energy, whilst taking me on a snorkeling expedition instead to look at sand, with snorkeling equipment that let water in. I'd paid close to £2000 GDP to visit the Red Sea for a private intimate experience with Dolphins, promised via their advertising, though not received. When I contacted them directly, they promised to conduct an investigation and nothing materialized, my messages were ignored. This may have been human error, although it cost me dearly, as this was my main reason for visiting Egypt, so extremely disappointed at the level of service received by this tour operator. They could've owned up to their mistakes and said come early the following day, instead they offered nothing, having cut the excursion short, because who wishes for a private excursion to swim with wild dolphins, that I requested also whilst on-board, without an answer, or to be taken to snorkel to look at sand? I'm very disappointed they chose to not acknowledge their own shortcomings and I got a partial refund from Viator at their own expense, who actually are honest and decent enough despite it not being Viator's fault and wishing to appease me somewhat, whilst the tour operator got it all wrong, failed miserably in their offering and couldn't bring themselves to admit any accountability.
