Karnak Temple:
No site in Egypt is more awe-inspiring than Karnak. It stands as the largest temple complex ever constructed by humans, showcasing the collective accomplishments of numerous generations of ancient builders and pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak comprises three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several outer temples, all spread over 247 acres.
- Luxor Temple - Luxor Temple:
The Temple of Luxor was the focal point of the most significant festival, the festival of Opet. Primarily constructed by Amenhotep III and Rameses II, the temple served as the venue for the festival’s rituals, aimed at harmonizing the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office.
Lunch

Sound and Light Show at Karnak:
The show begins with a historical overview of the birth of the great city of Thebes and the construction of the Karnak Temple.

Valley of the Kings - Day 2: Luxor

Valley of the Kings:
The final resting place for Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to 20th dynasty, it houses tombs including those of the great pharaoh Ramses II and the young pharaoh Tutankhamen. The tombs were lavishly stocked with all the material goods a ruler might require in the afterlife. Much of the tombs’ interior decoration remains well-preserved.
Hatshepsut Temple:
This temple is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved of all Ancient Egyptian temples. It was constructed on three levels with two wide ramps centrally positioned to connect the levels. -
Hurghada - Colossi of Memnon:
Two colossal stone statues of King Amenhotep III are the sole remnants of a complete mortuary temple. These statues were crafted from blocks of quartzite sandstone originally located in Cairo and then transported 700 KM to Luxor.

Day 3: Luxor - Hurghada
