- Hurghada - Guests will be collected from their hotel in Hurghada and transported to Luxor in a deluxe, air-conditioned vehicle to visit the renowned Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever constructed. Its ancient name, Ipet-isut, translates to “the most sacred of places.” This temple, or more accurately, the complex of temples, was erected over two millennia by successive generations of pharaohs. Within the complex, the magnificent “Hypostyle Hall” stands as an awe-inspiring forest of colossal pillars.
- Temple of Karnak - The tour guide will lead a fascinating historical tour to uncover the mysteries of ancient Egyptian civilization. Karnak Temple in Luxor is one of Egypt’s largest religious temples, dedicated to the worship of the sun god Amun Ra. It also honors the divine triad of Amun Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Situated in eastern Luxor, the temple spans approximately 60 acres and houses relics from the ancient Wadala eras, around 3000 BC, as well as the Middle Kingdom. The temple’s golden age was during the Middle Kingdom, around 1500 BC, under the reign of powerful Egyptian rulers such as Ramesses II, Hatshepsut, Tutankhamun, Thutmose III, and others. Karnak Temple is celebrated for its remarkable architecture, planning, inscriptions, drawings, and ancient Pharaonic scenes.

Dating back to the New Kingdom around 1500 BC, it contains over 64 royal tombs of famous ancient Egyptian kings, including King Tutankhamun, Thutmose III, Ramesses I, Ramesses II, Ramesses III, Merneptah, and others. The tombs remain well-preserved, showcasing the vibrant colors and exquisite engravings and artistic depictions of the afterlife. Located west of Luxor, the Valley of the Kings is known as the city of the dead. Visitors can explore three royal tombs with an admission ticket, though entry to King Tutankhamun’s tomb is optional. The Valley of the Kings is a stunning masterpiece of Pharaonic royal tombs.
