Great experience with Nawe and Rega/Riga - Very good time spent with the masseur Rega and the masseuse Nawe, they are professional, friendly and exceptional. Real massage, not apulia. The reception room needs a refreshment, does not represent the quality of service. Booking announces the French language, if you do not speak English ...

Please refrain - As someone who takes reviews seriously, I feel the need to share my personal experience. This experience was completely misrepresented. Our reservation was confirmed for 17:00, but only 30 minutes prior, we were informed that the only available time was 18:30. The assigned agent local (+201090994907) ignored multiple calls, failed to help us find an alternative and failed to inform us that the pickup car was waiting outside while we were in the hotel lobby. We only received this information after the scheduled pickup time when we asked where the driver was. The program itself was not as advertised. Only a full-body massage and a rushed sauna were provided. The sauna experience was uncomfortable, as staff watched us change in the massage room afterward. The full program, which was supposed to include a steam bath, peeling, a Moroccan mask, and a jacuzzi, was not delivered as promised. The local operator acknowledged the issues and recommended a refund, but Viator refused as we had completed the “experience” This was a misleading and disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.
