Great day - Great day out very friendly staff picked us up explained things to us took us right to the submarine trip handed us over to the boat staff there were great was good with peoples children on board had a lovely day out no pressure and handed us back to our transport when we got off who brought us back to our hotel lovely trip thank you

Great day out on semi submarine, baby friendly! - I went with my wife and 8 month old baby, the staff were very welcoming and the captain went out of his way to keep us welcomed. Overall amazing experience which took around 3.5hrs from collecting us at our hotel and dropping us back

A wonderful afternoon - Excellent price booked through trip advisor half the price of the tui rep. Picked up from our hotel. Helped on board the semi sub due to my disability and that where the adventure begins. Excellent communication from all on board. Watching the fish was truly amazing. A wonderful afternoon. Thank you.

Trusted person - Very reliable person to recommend. The activities carried out with him were carried out masterfully. And honest, efficient and responsible.
If I come back to the Hurghada house, I will ask him to take care of us, it's perfect..
I will trust him again to manage excursions again. Go ahead with confidence.

Old boat does not match the pictures - Hour waited to be picked up , not to speak of , therefore hour later only at destination and hour less on the way / sailed , obsolete boat that does not match the photos at all ; incl broken seats , I expected more of it

Good view of sea life, too much pressure to spend more money - The excursion to see sea life was enjoyable - we got to see plenty of fish and didn't have to fight to get a good view. The men working on our transfer were brilliant! They were really proud of their city and it came through in our conversation.
What was less enjoyable was the constant photos followed by the pressure to buy an album and pressure to tip the staff. I completely understand that Egypt is a tip driven place, but giving a tip and then being asked for a second is a little much.

Fee - Booked this, had a debate with the woman who WhatsApp’s you to confirm transfers as she told us we had to pay the 5 euro each when we get there. We only brought Egyptian money with us and they tried charging us 600 just to get on the boat. Poor communication with the people. Boat trip and transfers were ok!

Pure disappointment! - Unfortunately Absolutely not recommended. Originally tour bought for 2pm then it was called the pick up time is at 2.45pm. We waited outside the hotel for over an hour. There was no answer to calls and messages. In the end, we weren't picked up either. After requesting a refund from TripAdvisor, we finally received a message that the car allegedly broke down (1.5h after pick-up time).
Really cheeky and also a pity that TripAdvisor works with such dubious organizers. Half day was therefore given away.. Please stay away
