Very nice experience - It was a very pleasant experience, with the submersible it was possible to see the coral reef up close in an alternative way. Later on, for those who wanted there was also the opportunity to snorkel. Staff prepared, with very nice and kind guys.

Hurghada - I could not imagine that I would see all this beauty under the Red Sea. The shape of the coral reefs and fish was magical. My friends and I enjoyed these amazing views very much and we will come back again in the summer.

HALF SUBMARINE TOUR HURGHADA - The boat trip itself went well (nice experience), but the other experiences I had result in a low overall "score". In Dec. 2025, I booked the half submarine tour in Hurghada for the next day at 11 am through the company "Booking", supplier: New Whale Tours (hereinafter referred to as NWT). The tour also included pick-up from and return to my hotel in Hurghada. The booking was confirmed and the ticket from VIATOR was received shortly after. Later in the day, I received various messages from NWT via WhatsApp with different content, one of which stated that there were available tours from 1 pm and 3 pm the next day (?), and I then accepted the new time at 1 pm. Then came a counter message: they had found a transfer from my hotel at 10:30 am the next day which they asked me to confirm, which I did. The pick-up arrived at my hotel the next day at the appointed time at 10:30 am, but it turned out that the driver did not know where the boat (submarine) was. NWT was then contacted and after various phone calls, messages and assistance from other people nearby it was clarified that the boat was in the marina not far from the hotel. When we arrived at the marina, the driver asked for money. I tried repeatedly to explain to him that he had to contact NWT regarding payment. The money discussion continued outside the car and I ended up giving the driver a smaller amount (less than 1/5 of what he initially asked for). At the NWT stand in the marina (where you pay a fee of 5 euros), they could not find the booked trip at first. A phone was lent and I started a conversation with NWT. But then the booking was found and I was able to cancel this conversation. The boat trip itself went, as mentioned, well. When I later left the boat, I couldn't see that there was anyone there to pick me up for the trip back to the hotel (I didn't need transportation for the distance of about 600 meters to the hotel, but this was actually included).

Has nothing to do with nature - Totally out of line. There are piles of corals broken at the Ground and ships drag over it again 4 times a day. And in a national park? Furthermore, hardly any fish, and then the feed buckets are taken out. For those who care about anything about sea and nature - especially if there is to be any further) then neither aquarium nor this trip is recommended. Oh yes and garbage is also lying around in the national park riff”, especially the kind of ship ropes as they have all the glass bottom-u boats with them.
