For centuries, this ancient bathhouse ritual has been used to purify the body and calm the mind. Our traditional hammam is made of marble and has a heated stone platform. While our trained therapists use the steam to help get rid of toxins and impurities from your skin, you can relax and unwind. We also have a Jacuzzi for people who want more luxury. You’ll be able to relax and soothe sore muscles in this bubbling, warm bath. The jets in our jacuzzi massage your body, leaving you feeling reenergized and refreshed. We have a sauna and steam room in addition to the Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi. The steam room uses warm, humid air to open your pores and encourage sweating, which can help get rid of toxins and make your blood flow better. The sauna, on the other hand, uses dry heat to speed up your metabolism and increase your heart rate.

It was great - Good service. Great climate. Great massage all very nice. Everything was clean. Very well maintained complex. Also the transfer was very good. We've been pampered well. We have traveled child and also for a 5 year old child it was very nice.

Very nice SPA, I liked... - Very nice SPA, I liked everything. Noura's massage and heartful smile was something special.
Fish aquarium for feet was creepy, but very interesting, unforgettable experience (not includedin price, but worth to try).

Great value for money. From the pick up to the return to the hotel everything was super organized. All staff were friendly and accommodating. We have tested some spas, when we are back in Hurghada we will book again.

Disgusting agent but nice staff at the actual spa - The massage place we went to was nice and staff friendly BUT the company we booked through are a disgrace. They sent a shared transfer, our hotel and the hotel of the second family was literally 2 minute drive away, they told us to be ready 10:45 and told them to be ready at 11:30. We were waiting in the scorching sun (with 3 young children) and the driver turned off the car and the AC. My kids were really struggling and he wouldn’t switch the car back on to cool us down. Then when we got to the massage place, they wouldn’t let my 5 year old join as the massage place said she was too young, but this company we booked through charged us for the infant to have the full experience. We waited in the reception area for around an hour before finally arguing and getting my way for my child to be included(if they refused then one of the adults would’ve missed out to look after her). The company refused point blank to cooperate. Due to the waiting around, we missed lunch at our hotel and had to pay for my children to eat dinner, and they refused to refund us a small amount to help towards the extra costs incurred for feeding my kids (we had an all inclusive booked but lunch ended at 2pm). The company I booked through was then messaging me promising they would give some compensation, but then stopped replying to my messages. Disgusting company and I would never use them to book again. I would ask all travellers wanting to do this excursion to look to book through a more reliable company.
