Great experience organised by an amazing person - Amazing experience. The lovely guy sorted everything out and it went smoothly. Highly recommended. I initially booked this event via TripAdvisor but booked the rest of events though this gentleman directly. Good price, reliable.

Excellent from start to finish - Excellent from start to finish, plenty of help from Staff s I am isabled and have mobility problems but the satff made the trip amazing as I had no worries.

A fun and memorable experience - I found New City Travels after a google search amd narrowing down the best rated tour providers. Ahmed Billy was quick to respond to my booking by calling me. We then stayed in touch over whatsapp throughout the day. Ahmed facilitated our transfer and upgraded us to a private transfer instead of shared, for free. Then throughout the day he checked in with us, made sure we were comfertable and all was going to plan. He even responded to some general enquiries I had.
The trip itself was very smooth and highly enjoyable. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the Marina. We were escorted to the boat which was very clean and modern. The boat trip itself was smooth and very well managed. The views from the bottom of the boat were awe inspiring and the fish were captivating. I crossed off something from my bucketlist and swam in the sea which was exhilarating. Life vests, snorkeling equipment and flippers were provides by the boat crew. Everything from start to finish was a great and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Great tour to watch under water life - Amazing tour watching coral reefs and life under water where it actually belong. Aquariums are a crime and this tour gives us an opportunity to experience the life under water without caging them. You can watch from the window if you don’t want to get wet or snorkel with the guide in the water.
They also provide pictures and videos from underwater for extra price.

Great trip & lots of fish 🐟 - Great experience to do with my 9 year old son, we joined the boat after a car pickup from our hotel in Sahl Hasheesh & set sail. After a short time we went below deck to watch through the glass. We then had the opportunity to go snorkeling. Drinks & snacks were available to purchase & the whole crew were really friendly. Got a deal with the photo package then they surprised me by delivering a photo in a frame to my hotel that evening which was really lovely 😍
Smooth journey to & from the harbour & driver was lovely & happy answering my many questions! Highly recommend this trip.

Good. - A nice little underwater tour.the children appreciated .the less it is the taxes that added that raises the prices of excursions.5€ per person

Great trip- but don’t get the photos! - Trip was great. Saw lots of fish and my son loved it. Great communication from new city travel. Don’t bother with the photos from the photographer, completely ripped us off, had about 5 useable photos.

Unfortunately not meeting expectations - There were no promised welcome drinks. We booked an excursion with a German guide, but everything was in English.
The boat dropped anchor about 5 minutes from the port for a half hour and then went back.
Unfortunately a bit monotonous
Pick up and punctuality was great
