• Salarjung Museum - Home to the largest one-man collection of artifacts.

Located in the prime area of old Hyderabad city, the Salar Jung Museum is surrounded by notable landmarks like the Charminar, Mecca Masjid, and State Central Library, all within walking distance. A must-visit for families, this is one of India’s premier museums with 38 galleries across three buildings.

Nawab Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, who lent his name to the museum, amassed a rich collection of artistic achievements from diverse European, Asian, and Far Eastern countries. A significant portion of the collection is on display, showcasing artifacts from the 2nd century BC to the early 20th century AD.

Adding to the historical ambiance around the Charminar and old Hyderabad city, the mosque’s impressive structure and splendid architecture are evident in its three-arched façade carved from a single granite piece, minarets, and balconies. It is one of the most famous tourist places in Hyderabad.
