The adventure begins at 11:30 in the morning, near a small town called Sant Mateu. The trail descends towards the cave through a path that goes down the cliff, offering stunning views of the northwest coastline of the island.

Mar i Terra is a retreat established in Ibiza with a core mission: to connect with nature in all its forms through hiking and freediving.
This experience merges passions to present something truly unique, the first retreat in Ibiza that blends the tranquility of freediving with the thrill and adventure of hiking.
While hiking and freediving may appear distinct, they share a fundamental essence. Both activities immerse you in nature at its most pristine: free from external distractions, just you and the natural world.
It’s also a wonderful chance to experience solitude, far from the crowds, in secluded locations you might never have imagined. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the lesser-known side of Ibiza.
This retreat is the result of a collaboration between two local companies: ours and that of Sarah González Tur, a freediving instructor and founder of her own underwater project, Blue Heaven.
