Beautiful, unique experience - It was expensive but worth it for my daughter who had never done anything like it. Guide was great. Would recommend and would do it again.

気さくなガイドのイリアスさんから、アイスランドの氷河と歴史の話などをしてもらえてとても満足の行くツアーでした。
アイスランドに来た際はぜひおすすめしたいツアーです。
靴のレンタルや日程の変更なども柔軟に対応していただき、安心して参加することができました。
Guide to Icelandを通じて予約してすぐCrystal Cave Toursからメールが来ました。集合場所などもメールで教えていただきました。
集合場所はホテルの駐車場で、靴のレンタルもそこでしてもらえます(ホテルのフロントではありません)。

Perfect ice walking - The location of the collection is very clear, there is a special vehicle transfer very convenient, it will also be dependent on the size of each person's set of ice nails, very professional, the team is in a small group team, can let the guide take care of everyone, this time ice walking is a wonderful experience, the guide Jessie is patient, the tour is very professional, very recommended!

Wonderful experience - The glacier hike was breathtaking and unforgettable, an absolute must-do in Iceland. We were lucky to have a wonderful sunny day. Special thanks to Jessie, our fantastic guide, who made everything safe, fun, and helpful . Highly recommended!

Nice but slow - Super Duper. Jessi was very kind. Unluckily we got slow down with slower people.
One recommendation: maybe split in Fitness Groups (fit, moderate, slow), which can customers select before buying the ticket.

Sadly the day before our... - Sadly the day before our glacier hike we were contacted by the company that due to operational issues they couldn’t run the hike and instead offered an ice cave tour. However, the ice tour ended up being a poor experience. If you’re after a physical challenge and authentic experience, ensure you don’t take the alternate offer.
