Beyond our expectations! - Ignacio was the best tour guide! Prompt pickup (although I was supposed to be picked up at my hotel and the company had him pick us up at a nearby bus stop... so make sure you have a working phone number!) so a little rough start but he made up the time with his great driving and his upbeat informative explanations of the sights and area. Hike was amazing! We lucked out with great weather and he made sure we all stayed together. Hot Springs were a perfect ending and the Valley of Tears did not disappoint!! We even saw a beautiful bonus waterfall (Hjálparfoss) and a quick bathroom break.

Nice trip in beautiful landscape - We were picked up at the scheduled time in the morning by our driver and guide Eric, who drove us safely and comfortably into the highland. He told a lot informative on the tour of what we saw. We drove past Hekla before we were in Landmannalaugar, with a small photo stop before we drove to the parking lot. What a landscape! We went on a mountain tour in a small group for about 2 hours, where Eric told us about the various formations, the locations, took pictures of us (which he later shared in photocircle). After the tour we bathed in the hot springs there. Then we drove to a large crater lake, before then we drove to The Valley of tears, Siguldufoss and Hjalparfall. Wifi on the bus, and USB charging. Recommended!

100% BEST TOUR EVER!!! - Excellent, incredible, amazing, fun! Bessi and Cami gave us the most incredible tour we’ve ever had in 3 trips to Iceland. This company is a gem! Do not miss them. We’ve never had such a great tour guide anywhere in Europe, let alone Iceland. It just doesn’t get any better. Bessi is so knowledgeable, such an expert, but always fun. He made every single person feel like a VIP while delivering so much more than what we read in the tour description. While we’ve previously had great tours in Iceland, this tour was completely next-level in every category - adventure, sheer natural beauty, fun, making the most of the time, never feeling rushed, providing excellent, personalized customer service. We agreed if we did nothing else in Iceland, this was the absolute Don’t Miss It day.

Amazing- just amazing - We drove up into the highlands past Hekla (great view of the volcano) and parked in Landmannalauger. We hiked about 5 miles - circular route through the lava and obsidian to get wonderful views of the rhyolite mountains. Some chose to hike further up the mountains, I headed back to the hot springs. There is a wooden wall with hooks for your belongings and steps into the river. Steam was coming up because it was so hot but it is easy to move closer to or farther from the spring to find the best temperature. We enjoyed the sun and springs for an hour. There is a bathroom block there and a small shop. Afterwords our guide kindly took us to a large crater (not on the itinerary) followed by Valley of tears and one other waterfall. A very memorable experience!

The tour was so worth it.... - The tour was so worth it. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and attentive. It was an amazing experience. The highlight for me was the hot and cold plunge at the end of the hike. So worth it. I would definitely recommend this.

Great day trip. - Great trip after weather looked bad on way out of Reykjavik. Fined up for a great hike, relaxing hot spring then on to the Valley of Tears -truly stunning. Worth every bone jar of the rocky road.

Amazing sights topped with the hot springs - The only thing that would have made this tour better was a guide who enjoys taking about all the interesting sights we drove through. Playing music at quiet time is nice, but looking for a bit of info about this incredible country.

Best ending to our Iceland vacation, - It was a long drive from Reykjavik to the destination but was broken up with comfort stops and a stop at a beautiful waterfall. The last 24 km of the ride was rough but the views were surreal. It was worth it when we got to our destination. The hike took just over 2 hours, with our guide setting an easy pace and allowing for a lot of photo stops. The views and landscape were incredibly spectacular. Not information was given in the trip overview on the type of terrain we would be hiking. There were spots that were quite steep, if you’re a senior you need to be in good shape. Overall very doable for active people. At the end of the day we stopped at The Valley of Tears where I saw the most beautiful series of waterfalls and jaw dropping views.

This place is beautiful... - This place is beautiful for hiking and unique with thermal rivers and volcano crater. Our guide was smart, knowledgeable. I cherish this experience. Icelandic people truly care for their nature and ecosystem and animals. I suggest longer time maybe 12 hours total so get more time dipping in hot springs. You can charge more for extra time of course.
