Dream - Nice space and with the possibility of fulfilling the dream of seeing the Northern Lights. Guide Calvin was concerned that we had the experience of seeing them.

Lovely aurora - First of all, we were late for the pickup & thank goodness Kelvin called bc we were still walking to the bus stop. He waited & was so patient. After picking up everyone, we drove about an hour away from Reykjavik to a pitch black area with little cloud cover. He helped us with the settings on our phones & told us where to look ... the lights were faint but got a bit brighter - we were amazed! Kel told us about the different parameters that must be present to see the lights & told us that sometimes, it's just luck. He took our pictures with the lights and we were so happy. He drove us to another place where the cloud cover was light but after 15 min, the clouds were just too much & we saw nothing. Kel told us more about the northern lights and served us hot chocolate & chocolate wafers (so yummy that we bought them as souvenirs!). After 3hrs, he dropped us at our bus stops. Thank you Kelvin for all your help & I'm hoping the pics you took of us came out well... we can't wait to see them I won't hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone!

Excellent experience! - Excellent experience and dealing with the operator and guide. We had a delay with the previous tour, and were able to call them and smoothly coordinate pickup at the next point. Our guide Calvin was very friendly and attentive throughout, we felt very comfortable. We could see auroras and take very good pictures. 100% recommended. Going in small groups makes everything easier in general.

Comfortable tour with a small group to see northern lights - Our guide Thomas was the best. Even tho we had clear skies the northern lights didn’t show up for quite a some time. But Thomas made sure to always check for some potential even with the cold wind outside. On our last stop before returning to Reykjavík and kinda having lost hope to even see them, he spotted some very faint northern lights. While he took pictures of us with his DSLR camera suddenly the showed up in their full potential. So thank you Thomas for your persistence and effort to make sure we see them!

It wasn't expected. - We booked a tour with Arctic Yeti in Iceland to see the Aurora Borealis, but it was disappointing: We didn’t see any green colors, they left the vehicle lights on affecting visibility, chocolate and pastes offered were scarce and industrial, and the photos promised as “amazing” were all blurred. An experience we do not recommend. The guide was nice. Even though there is a new moon, it would not be the best time or I would not be able to see them.
