Expensive but worth it if you only have 1 day - We could have taken a cab for much less money and been just fine but the driver was very helpful, spoke perfect English, and explained everything we needed to know about the park and the tour we had booked as well as the surrounding town and other attractions. We only had mere hours so we had no tie to waste so this was perfect for us.

no show - did not pick me up i do not know what happened. i cannot explain why they missed me. however, i had no trouble getting to hotel

No one came to pick us up - They completely forgot about us. There was no communication prior to the scheduled airport transfer. Although we had submitted our flight number and arrival time, no one was at the airport to pick us up. We ended up having to look up the company’s number online and contact them ourselves before they finally responded and said that they were coming. In total, we waited over an hour for the car to come. I’d recommend taking an Uber to your accommodation as it’s much faster and only a fraction of the price.
