The journey from the tour station to the waterfalls takes 40 minutes. We offer a tour of the 7 main pools to ensure an unforgettable yet manageable experience. Children must be 8 years or older to participate in the 7 pools; otherwise, they can enjoy the 40-minute walk and remain at the first pool.
- Puerto Plata - This is the time spent traveling to and from the waterfalls.
- 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua - After the waterfall adventure, savor some of the finest local cuisine the city offers. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of meats, rice, beans, French fries, salad, and other delightful options.

A day in the water - It’s exhilarating and lots of fun. It’s a bit of a walk and can be challenging but they do stop along the way to rest. Gerry was our guide and he was fantastic. All in all it was an amazing day and I slept like a baby after because it was a workout.

Great day in the DR!! - Tremendous day with our driver Jerry and our guides. All very versed in their culture and made the whole day exceptional. The lunch was awesome! Highly recommend.

Fun experience! - Fun experience (a little challenging as there is a hike with steps to climb and some steep ladders), with an 18ft jump into a pool, and/or slides.
Communication was absolutely spot on.
Cruise ship arrived at 07:00, and we were all in the van and on the way by 07:30! Returned to port around 13:00, for cruise departure at 15:00.
I wore Crocs and took my GoPro, others had phones in waterproof cases. Guides have waterproof bags for small items like glasses and phones when needed.
Bags and change of clothes can be left securely in the van or pay for a locker on site.
Excellent value for money...transport, guide, food!
Would do it again.

This was a small tour... - This was a small tour group, just six of us in total, and our very friendly guide, "Jerry" (Jeury, I believe). Highly preferable to being on a giant bus.
The waterfall experience was amazing, with another great guide ("Tony") along the way. Highly, highly recommend a good pair of water shoes (the kind you can hike in as well) and a waterproof pouch for your phone if you want to take pictures along the way. You'll end up fully underwater at least a few times. The lunch afterward was a rather odd assortment of foods, but good overall.

Amazing experience!! - This was the best thing myself and my kids could have done. The hike was beautiful, slight challenge but lots of breaks and not nearly as hard as I expected. The waterfall tour from start to finish was so beautiful and so much fun. The tour guides had the best energy we could have asked for and although a ton of people, they kept it so organized and moving. The lunch at the end was amazing!! Aribel our driver was also amazing. So sweet and helpful. Talked to us the whole ride. I would 100% do this tour again!!!

Fun experience, but group size was HUGE - Aribel provided great instructions for meeting our driver from Taino Bay and we rode with one other family over to the falls. Our driver helped us get lifejackets and helmets, then left us to be lumped in with a gigantic group of at least 70 (really, I'm not exaggerating that number!) to go through the falls together with 2 guides. The falls were fun and cool and the guides were helpful when our two youngest didn't enjoy the sliding experience, but they were clearly rushing everyone along at the falls given the size of the group.. There was a lot of waiting time given the group size.
Lunch afterwards was off-site with a much smaller group. It was food but nothing spectacular - some fried chicken, pork chops, rice, beans, and salad.
