Things went perfectly - Everything was exactly as we would have hoped! Our ride was easy to find as they had a sign. The gentleman that met us walked us outside to our car, a black Jeep Grand Cherokee that was clean and comfortable. Our driver was nothing short of delightful; engaging us in conversation. He gave us some great pointers about Santorini.

Amazing Transfer with Dimitris! - We had a wonderful experience with Dimitris, who drove us from Santorini airport to Fira. He kindly waited for us and welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. The ride was not only comfortable but also incredibly enjoyable, as he made the journey fly by with his friendly conversation and charming personality. Old car not comfortable - The pick up guy stood so far out of the arrival hall, and the sign he held was so hard to see written with a ball pen, took us a while to find him. The car we were assigned to was a very old car with manual rolling windows… very tight seats, not comfy at all. On the ad it said there would be complimentary bottled water included, not true. The driver was nice but I wouldn’t recommend this as I didn’t find it enjoyable.

Not as expected - Although a “private” transfer, we had to wait on other arriving passengers until our car was called. The car was not a pictured. Old car. Very little ac. Dirty

Horrible experience with this provider.... To flee absolutely.... - We booked this transfer to our hotel via TripAdvisor. We expected a private transfer with Welcoming, bottled water etc... We were transported in a kind of van style car with a driver who was not very cordial and not very chatty with us except with his friend that he carried with us without even asking our opinion. My son in the front could not even stretch his legs because there was a driver's package placed at his feet. I made the point to him and he started to speak Greek by pressing us a little. After several hours of air and transportation we had only one hurry was to settle in the hotel. We contacted the agent on site to express our dissatisfaction, he never wanted to answer the phone explaining that he only communicates by wattsapp message. We chose this provider because it was rated high on TripAdvisor. Especially stay alert or choose another one to avoid having the same experience and starting your vacation badly. For my part I strongly advise you not the provider "aviator" operated by "sunbird travel agency" because their process well stringed remains really a rogue process. We paid twice the normal price for a transfer to a hotel to be quiet and in the end we were fooled. There are other much more serious providers. Knowing that we were not satisfied, they did not even try to reach us to hear us. To flee absolutely.
