Day 1: Marrakesh – Imlil - Refuge Toubkal
Imlil - Guests will be collected from their accommodation in Marrakech in the morning and transported to Imlil Valley (1,740m), the entrance to the High Atlas Mountains. The picturesque drive lasts about 1.5 hours.

Day 1: Marrakesh – Imlil - Refuge Toubkal
Imlil - Guests will be collected from their accommodation in Marrakech in the morning and transported to Imlil Valley (1,740m), the entrance to the High Atlas Mountains. The picturesque drive lasts about 1.5 hours.
Upon arrival, they will meet their local Berber mountain guide and enjoy a brief welcome break with traditional Moroccan tea. The trek then commences towards the Toubkal basecamp at 3,207 meters.
During the journey, trekkers will pass through stunning mountain landscapes and stop at the Chamharouch shrine, a spiritual site favored by pilgrims. Here, a freshly prepared lunch will be served in the mountains.
After the break, the steady uphill hike continues to the refuge (mountain hut) where the night will be spent. The total walking time for the day is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
Day 2 - Refuge Toubkal to Imlil
Toubkal - The following day is summit day. Breakfast will be served at the refuge before the climb to the summit at 4,167m. The ascent takes around 3 hours, with the descent taking approximately 2 to 3 hours. The summit offers breathtaking views. Afterward, trekkers will return to the refuge for lunch before hiking back down the same route to Imlil. The descent to Imlil takes about 4 to 5 hours. In total, the day’s walking time is around 10 to 12 hours. Finally, guests will be picked up and driven back to Marrakech from Imlil, marking the end of the 2-day Toubkal trek.
