Beautiful adventure - Great trip! Small size of group was very enjoyable. Our driver was very nice and knowledgeable and had the best spots for taking photos. Even though the driver spoke English he had a heavy accent and was hard to understand at times.

Great day around the lakes - We had limited time in Banff, so the three lakes tour was a great way to enjoy the spectacular scenery that the area has to offer. There was enough time to walk away from the busier areas, have some quiet time, and take some great photos. Chris, our driver and guide for the day, was excellent. He was attentive, kind, and considerate, with good local knowledge.

Our guide D was extremely... - Our guide D was extremely friendly and helped us take beautiful pictures through the tour. Started off with Johnson canyon hike, followed by other lakes. Definitely recommend this tour if you want to see several places in a day.

Memorable experience - had an amazing trip to Banff and Lake Louise! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was very well organized. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Edward—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire journey. He made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions, and shared great insights about the area. This experience truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!

Good but avoid restaurant - Overall experience was good, especially to see that many locations in one trip. However I would avoid the sit down restaurant that the tour guide recommends at the lunch stop- made everyone in our group that ate the wierd hamburgers sick. Don't think they use real beef in them as they tasted and looked wierd as was.

Watch Out for the Hidden Costs - The only reason to take this business's shuttle is if all the national park shuttles are completely booked. This is not a tour with a tour guide, if that's what you're looking for. It's merely a shuttle service that can charge more money because there's few options to get to the lakes once the national park shuttles are sold out. The worst part was that none of the guests could understand what the guide was saying during the ride, either because of his accent or the poor sound system. I have to admit that the business annoyed me even before I was picked up in the morning because it sent a message to me via what's app and email informing me that "A suggested gratuity of CA$15 per guest will be collected at the end of the tour. We appreciate your consideration and generosity." When I asked the business whether the tip was mandatory, it responded by saying the tips were optional, "and a way to show appreciation for the driver's hard work." But, isn't it the business's responsibility to compensate its drivers for their "hard work," which consists of driving a bus for an hour, and then waiting around in the parking lot for 1.5 hours at each lake, and then driving the shuttle back to Banff?
