Reliving Goa’s Bread Story with Soul Travelling” - I joined the Life of a Poder trail with Soul Travelling, and it was such a wonderful experience! Our guide, Medora, was knowledgeable and engaging — she explained so much about Goan history and bread-making that even as a Goan, I learned many new things. The visit brought back my childhood memories of the poder’s horn and fresh poi. Truly a beautiful way to connect with Goa’s culture and heritage. Highly recommend!

The OG Pao making experience - We've had a crazy experience with Soul Travelling yet again.
We've had the experience of the Goan (originally from Portugal) Bread making (Paos) at Godinho Bakery. This is one of the oldest bakeries in Goa and Mr. Godinho is a true gentleman.
We've thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had the chance to bake our own Paos.
Medora and Fenosha were great ambassadors, and an amazing company throughout.

A truly immersive and hands-on Goan bread-making experience! - We booked the Goan Bread Making Experience through Soul Travelling and had the pleasure of being guided by Tavanya and it was absolutely delightful. What made this stand out was how immersive and hands-on the session was. From learning about the traditional baking process to actually shaping the bread ourselves, every step was both fun and enriching.
We got to take home the breads we made a lovely (and tasty!) souvenir!

THE BEST! - Had a great time with the bread making lesson! Tavanya and Mr. Coutinho were really nice and showed us a good time. The breads, specially Poi was super delicious!

Life os a pao...waooo - Hi, I’m Anita, 62 years young 😊 and I had an absolutely amazing experience making Goan bread! Though language was a barrier at times, this lovely girl Tavanya was so patient and kind throughout. Her guidance made everything smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a heartwarming and memorable activity. South Goa still holds its charm—less commercial, more soulful than the north. I’m grateful for this experience. Stay blessed, rise and shine always! 🌞🍞❤️

Bread is the soul of Goan food - Excellent experience baking and learning the story of Goan bread making at a local bakery that follows traditions. A very well conducted and immersive experience even for young kids and the baker Mr Godinho was a very patient and gracious man.
