The employees who helped us in the morning when we arrived were very kind and helpful. I appreciated how they helped us load the gear into the car. Unfortunately when we got to the beach and unpacked the gear, we had an inflatable kayak instead of the paddleboard I had ordered. It was still good quality gear, but not the experience we were expecting. When we returned to the store to return our gear, I let the staff know we were given the wrong gear. I was dissatisfied with the response I got from the employee I spoke to, it did not seem like he had been trained to properly handle the situation.
