Fun and fulfilling journey to Mt Bromo from Surabaya! - Had such a great time on this tour! From the point of booking, the entire team was very helpful and friendly. This was especially because the original tour listed on Klook was from Malang. But they managed to arrange for us to be picked up from Surabaya instead and making adjustments to the itinerary as necessary.
The team that were down on the day itself was even better! Adi fetched us promptly Surabaya and patiently waited for us to be back after the tour at Bromo to send us back. He even allowed us to drop by a restaurant to have our dinner before sending us back.
The tour at Bromo itself was exceptional! We had Sandi as our main guide and Mr Dika as our jeep driver. They were so friendly and nice :’) answering any of our questions and helping us take photographs. They were so supportive and patient and just fun to be around with. They patiently waited for us to finish sightseeing and looked out for us since some of the terrain could be quite bumpy. We had so much laughs and bonding between ourselves and with them both too! I would definitely find a tour from this company again if I’m back in Surabaya. Thank you for the fantastic team, Sandi, Mr Dika and Adi :)
The tour itself was quite worth it. They brought us around Bromo and we even got to ride a horse up to the crater (although this was extra charges but is already flagged in the original listing). The pit stops were also quite fun just to see Mt Bromo from different angles. ^_^

Amazing Bromo Tour - rain or shine - We joined the Bromo Afternoon Siesta Tour with Hamdan and Mr. Wawan, and it was absolutely incredible! Even though it rained, Hamdan made sure we didn’t miss a single thing. He showed us all the highlights, shared lots of interesting facts, and always kept the mood positive. Together with Mr. Wawan, they made the whole day unforgettable – full of fun, laughter, and beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. Highly, highly recommend this tour!

Bromo Experience! - our experience was great! we were lucky enough to get a tour as a couple! Sandi was our tour guide, so friendly and talkative! He made the experience enjoyable. Would definitely suggest if you are considering!

Serene alternative to busy Bromo sunrise - Hamdan and Mr. Dika did an excellent job driving me around the caldera to breathtaking viewing sites while explaining local history and geography. Helpfully took pictures too! No major logistical issues (even with an added stop so I could pick up a hat). Good day overall.

Perfekt Tour - The afternoon siesta on Mount Bromo with our guide, Hamdan, was a truly impressive experience. The tour was well organized; our guide spoke perfect English and provided us with all the information we needed about the volcano. Thanks to Hamdan, the tour was also a fantastic experience for our 5-year-old son. Hamdan performed magic tricks for him and took loving care of our son. Our son had a blast! Many thanks to Hamdan and the driver, Mr. Wawan. We can recommend this tour to everyone.

Bromo noon tour - Booked via Klook last minute and wanted the afternoon tour to avoid the crowd. We'll, we really avoided the crowd and we didn't need to queue up for anything even the toilet.
Our driver Mr Arif picked us up on his jeep from our Malang Hotel. It was an experience!
Sandi, our tour guide was a newbie. But he could answer all our questions with ease in English. If u want to avoid the morning chaos, take this trip.

Great tour to Bromo - The tour was very well organized and a very good car was provided. Our excellent tour guide, Hamdan, is very knowledgeable and also speaks English very well. Our driver, mr. Arif, is also a very nice person and an excellent driver. All in all a 5 star experience!

Highly recommended tour! - An amazing day! The views are incredible, almost surreal - the Mount Bromo crater is truly impressive - the drive in the Landcruiser is quite an experience! There are fewer people in the afternoon, which made the tour very enjoyable! Thank you very much to Hamdam, our efficient and cheerful tour guide, Mr Wawan our excellent driver, and Mr Sholeh for the pickup from Surabaya.

Full eyes - An unforgettable experience. Winding roads with beautiful landscapes, crossing the sea of black sand, panoramic viewpoints, ascent of Bromo volcano on foot. We've taken a lot of eyes.

Adventure on Bromo - I had very bad luck with the weather (heavy rain and thunderstorm) which made several parts of the tour impossible to do, but my guide Hamdan was a champ. He kept our spirits high and turned even the extremely rainy day into a fun experience. Everything was well-arranged from A to Z and it is very easy to be in touch with the organisation.
