Proceed to the open-air kitchen “Paon Bali,” where you will create classic Balinese dishes, from steamed chicken in banana leaves and spicy sambal to traditional desserts. Grill sate at our Gerobak under the expert guidance of our Balikaru chef—making cooking both simple and enjoyable!
