- Pick up at Surabaya/Malang hotel and drive to Bromo for 2.5 hours
- Be ready at 3:00 am to switch to a private jeep and head to Mount Penanjakan by 4WD jeep
- Enjoy the Bromo sunrise and take photos at the viewpoint
- Descend to the sea of sand and crater
- Hike up to the crater
- Visit the whispering sand and Luhur Temple
- Madakaripura Waterfall (optional)

From midnight till high noon ... - The tour was impressive and well organized. Our guide Laila was very accommodating and provided us with all the information. She knew a good place from where we could not see a sunrise (due to fog), but the dawn alone was remarkable. The Bromo was steaming, and the Semeru volcano behind it was also emitting smoke.
Afterwards we went to the crater rim of Bromo - a unique spectacle, which included the half-hour march through the fine volcanic sand and the ascent (you were right, Leila: 245 steps 😃).
After an extensive photo session we were back in front of our hotel after exactly 12 h.
We would also like to thank the two drivers who drove us through the night in the van or brought us to the lookouts in the nature reserve in the Landcruiser. Very big cinema...

When experience joins responsiveness...with smiles - Reliable/secure travel agency for different stays and very responsive to all your requests: more than appreciable!
We did the Bromo-sunrise mount = magic!
Our guide Layla knew how to be present while being discreet.Caring nature, always smiling and experienced, she met all our expectations (photo spots etc..)
It also remained available for our Xx requests (private drivers, ferries, trains, council etc..)
Special mention to the 2 drivers (road + jeep) where their experiences make the difference: efficiency and safety really go hand in hand!!

Great experience !! - Thank you so much Layla for the amazing journey !! We spend a really nice day together !!
Pick up at the hotel in Malang at 11pm then drive for 2 hours and a hall to pick up a jeep to climb for 30 to 45 minutes to reach the peak view :)
Take hot clothes !!the view is amazing 😇😜 Thank you for the pictures !!

Highlight of our 2 week Indonesia travel so far - Great trip to Mt Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall. Already during booking Stanley answered all our questions immediately so we knew what to expect. Our Guide Layla was superb - she made sure we got the best photo spot on Mt Bromo ( although there were hundreds of tourists out there) and organized everything in the background so we had to care for nothing. If you have time don’t miss the waterfall!

Highly recommended - We joined this private Bromo sunrise tour in late June and had a fantastic experience. The tour was well organized. The local operator was thoughtful and texted us to confirm our booking, providing all information we needed before the trip. Our guide Salsa was fantastic and energetic, spoke excellent English, and took great care of us, making sure we enjoyed the whole trip. We truly appreciated her kindness, expertise and enthusiasm throughout this memorable tour. We had a wonderful time -- thank you so much!

A trip to remember. - Amazing scenery. The tour guide Laila elped me alot throughout my journey. Very friendly and very cooperative .
The sunrise is one of it's kind , the mountains are super amazing . Suggest everyone to take guide with you if you don't know locla language. Once in a life time experience.

Great day had certainly at the hands of the guide Layla. We can recommend this trip bng of the trip ran. - Despite the bad weather a lot of rain have had a good entertaining ride with tour guide Layla who told a lot of info about Indonesia and then hit it with an easy climb to Mount Bromo certainly due to the pleasant temperature. Due to the heavy rain in the mountains, the river to the Madakaripura waterfall was not walkable and we missed the excursion to waterfall but Layla solved this great by giving a video of the waterfall so we still got a picture of what we missed

Best Sunrise Trip Ever! Bromo is Amazing! - This sunrise trip to Mount Bromo left us with wonderful memories, thanks to our professional guide Salsa and skilled driver Aliff. The tour began smoothly with their punctual 12:30 AM pickup in a clean Toyota Avanza at DoubleTree Hilton Surabaya.
Salsa's fluent English made communication effortless throughout the journey.
When we transfer to Jeep, our jeep encountered mechanical issues, Salsa efficiently arranged a replacement vehicle within just 20 minutes. The local driver's expert route selection ensured we arrived at the viewpoint right on schedule. At dawn on May 2nd 2025, we were treated to Bromo's most spectacular sunrise - the volcanic landscape shrouded in morning mist was truly magical.
Salsa expertly guided us to the crater and recommended perfect photo spots. The well-planned itinerary concluded with our timely 10:10 AM return to Surabaya. Their professionalism and local knowledge transformed this into a flawless volcanic adventure.
